ディルマン ラグジュアリー ステイ(Dilman Luxury Stay)

The staff here are really amazing. Very kind and helpful. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and is in the heart of the city. Thankfully they also have smart TVs so you can log into Netflix, etc. Everything you need is just a block or two away (shopping, Old Bari, train station, etc). We enjoyed our stay at Dilman a lot more than our hotels in Rome. There were only a few minor issues. The bath towels are so small they’re like hand towels. The toilet seats are very high, so if you’re ＜ 5’8” your feet might not even touch the ground. But these are small problems. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the Dilman hotel.

Norberto was a great host when we arrived, he showed us everything and mapped out the area for us. The other front desk staff were very helpful as well. The room was perfect, well appointed and spacious. I would highly recommend

This is the best place to stay in Bari as the location is walking distance to the train station , old town , restaurants, shopping , promenade etc. Both Raphael & Norbert were so pleasant and their service were impeccable. The room was cosy & well equipped. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to everyone.

The staff were lovely and accomodating. We started in their double room and moved to their suite. Both rooms were great. The bathroom in the double room was better than the suite though. The suite terrace was amazing. The noise from outside (there seemed to be a concert on the Thursday) was loud but otherwise the location was fantastic. It’s rare to have a lift in this city in small hotels, so that was appreciated too. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. We would certainly return.

I only stayed one night before my flight, but found the property to be elegant and well maintained. Norbert at the front desk was especially helpful.

We had an excellent stay at The Dilman. Staff were absolutely fantastic and service outstanding. The rooms are well appointed and bed very comfortable.

The room is wide with a balcony. The location is amazing. The staff are very friendly .

The woman at the front desk was amazing, and couldn’t of been more helpful!! She was simply put, wonderful!! Everything is walkable from the hotel. There’s great shopping and it’s a quick walk into Old Town. Breakfast was delicious as well. The rooms were extremely clean.

Quality personified - we had the best bed, room, shower and air con on our trip where we took in 4 other nice hotels. Breakfast was top notch too. If you rate high standards stay here.
