Good service

Very nice, helpful, professional hotel staff. Had a wonderful experience. Very secure place, great food. The whole hotel is very clean. The gym is basic but has everything you need for a good workout. I’m used to Us standard hotels and this hotel met that standard.

The hosts were really good and hospitality was excellent. Everyone went out of their way to help. The room was in excellent condition. Best place to stay if you plan to stay for a few days in Barisal. The food was also really good. Overall an excellent experience and made our stay really enjoyable

Enjoyed my stay in the hotel. I was there for two nights. The service was superb. The buffet breakfast was great. Mr. Abir was very professional and helped me for a smooth check-in and check out. Highly recommended and would come back again for sure

Everything was excellent form top to bottom. The room, cleanliness, service and everything. I thank Hotel Grand Park Barisal for making our stay so great. Mr. Sajib was always there for our every need. I personally recommend highly for an outstanding experience.

First of all at their reception and their room service everyone is very good very good. Will always talk to you with a smile. Their location in Barisal is very good. Surroundings are silent. But it is not possible to compare with five star hotel. According to Barisal, the hotel is the best

I stayed three times in Grand Park Barisal and every time it was really a very pleasant experience. The cleanliness, spatial room and friendly service made me feel very much at home. The kind and friendly treatment of the attendant at the reception, in the restaurant, during the room service touched me a lot. I would like to mention couple of names who stayed in my mind: Md. Zubayer, Ms. Zuthi, Mr. Rakubul .... actually each and every one of them were marvellous. It is not really often that you find such a hotel in this region. I am traveling in the area since last 20 years and I know what I am talking about. The food in the restaurant is good but there are not much variation and one or two vegetarian / vegan items could make people happy who try to avoid meet. The coffee at the breakfast is really poor, I must say. Offering the instant coffee powder and hot water doesn't really match otherwise high standard of this hotel. I didn't know that one has to order it extra, if you want to have proper coffee. No one tells you. But reducing a couple of items in the breakfast (they are unnecessarily too much) and offering a decent coffee for free would make the breakfast perfect!

Good hotel in Barisal, the room was decent and decoration was nice. Breakfast was buffet and food was taste. Staffs was good trained specially Mr Raqib briefed all facilities, Mr Aber made the check out very fast. When I will come again Bangladesh I will stay this hotel again.
