Buen servicio . Buena ubicación . Habitación limpia . El desayuno bastante bien . Deberían mejorar el servicio del restaurante en la noche .

Location is excellent. Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants and bars. Taxi service at the door of hotel is excellent. The customer service is excellent.

Breakfast was good, the hotel was clean, the housekeepers were very friendly, and the hotel is close to two beautiful malls. The bathroom was nice and the room and bed were large. The TV in the room was very old and small.

Front desk agent wasn’t friendly and stated that ******* customers can only get the lower level rooms located at the back of the Hotel which I know it’s not true.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel the location is the best part. The hotel is located across the biggest mall of the city with many options to eat. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent with a lot of variety on choices. I like the green and red boost shots. They also offer the guest a welcome drink at the bar. The swimming pool is big and nice. They also have Jacuzzis and a gym service on the 3rd floor. I didn't have time to their restaurant in the 13th floor but I heard it was good. My only issue was at check-in when they tried to charge me the tax fee as a tourist because a missing checked mark in my passport. Fortunately the issue was resolve in my favor. I will stay here again.

The conditions of the room were bad. Old and dirty sheets, the same as the towels. The dryer didn't work. five star hotel and there was no water. They don't offer you to make coffee. the room's television the size of a computer. Shower products are limited to a bottle of shampoo and a body wash, there is no shower cap or hand soap. At breakfast we found fermented juice, greasy arepas, the tomato was sour because it was old and lastly there was a screw on the chair that hurt my hand. 3 people complained about the same thing when I checked out

The repairs going on was noisy at times. The hotel was excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. Rooms were spacious. Check-in process took too long.

Customer service terrible, I asked to speak with the manager twice and the manager never knocked on my door to speak with me. Breakfast very poor, when you asked for avocado they want to charge you additional, I was not very happy this time around

Excellent location across the road from Buenva Vista shopping center with many restaurants and shops. Clean room with two very comfortable beds. Recommended
