シーヘブン ヴィレッジ(Seahaven Village)

Studio 4 is tired and seen much better days...amazing to think this is "premium" accommodation. On arrival, the studio was musty and stinking; long hair on the bathroom basin; dining table was greasy and the lounge side table has numerous wine glass circles, the bathroom has spider web... Obviously the cleaners are not doing the job! Two wardrobe hangers are broken. I was under the pump so couldn't spend time hassling the managers. (I have photos.) Friends who stayed elsewhere suggested I should as for a refund. Fat chance as there is a "no refunds" statement...now I know why! Avoid this place.

Seahaven Village was beautifully presented and had that perfect home away from home vibe. Our only issue was that it was very tight to park our 4x4 so recommend taking a small car

Was smaller than expected. Nice comfy bed, nice shower.

Lovely clean mini apar**ent, well equipped, with a kitchenette with fridge and hobs, world's most powerful shower, and comfy huge bed, in a great location. Laundry facilities kept my wife happy too! Definitely recommended.

This Boutique titled room (2 bedroom) was in need of a good clean both outside and inside. Cobwebs inside and outside the room. Very untidy presentation when entering the property from the front door. Fireplace had not been cleaned out and ash was still there from previous guests I assume. Scuff marks on internal walls and doors. One side of the electric blanket on the main bed did not work. Dial was not there so you could not turn on one side of the blanket. Coffee machine plastic inserts were dirty and had to be washed before using (pods). Room 2 Seashells. Hair was located in the bathroom (not ours). Located two spiders in the lounge room. Really disappointing. Location was good. Driveway very tight to get in and out of.

This is our second time at Seahaven and it was just as convenient as we remember. The owners/ hosts were easy to contact and prompt to attend to any issues. The accommodation was both comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed. having the laundry downstairs in the garage was very handy. Lots of bedding and blankets and fully equipt kitchen. Location is great just a short walk to the main area cafes and restaurants. The only negative was that the place probably needed a bit of updating.

BEDS WERE SHOCKING BROKEN COFFEE MACHINE AND TOILET BRUSH WATER FROM SHOWER DID NOT DRAIN PROPERLY UNIT NOT LOCATED IN THE VILLAGE BUT OFFSITE

Great apar**ent with a very comfortable bed and a super powerful shower. Well equipped, great communications, and a nice location. Would stay again.
