パリに行く途中でこのホテルに2日間滞在しました。歴史的なファサードですが、モダンでリノベーションされた内装の魅力的なホテルです。クイーンルームを有し、20平方メートルしかなくとても広々と感じました。駅が道路を挟んでいるので、荷物を持って電車で到着する人には最適な場所です。私たちは駅の素敵な景色を眺めることができ、窓が閉じていると騒音が聞こえませんでした。私たちはよく窓を開けて、トラムやバスの雰囲気を浸し、駅の喧騒をかき混ぜます。旧市街は遠くなく、歩いて簡単にできますが、ホテルは無料の公共交通機関カードを提供しており、市内や周辺を訪れるのがさらに簡単です。いくつかの素敵な古い建物と市場を訪れることができます。このホテルで朝食を食べませんでしたが、隣に大きなスーパーがあり、飲み物、食べ物、パン屋のアイテムを購入できます。階下のバー/レストランには、人々や駅の出来事を見るのに最適な外側のエリアと内外の席があります。私たちが戻るならば、これは私たちの選択のホテルです。スイスは非常に高価な国なので、自宅よりも飲み物や食べ物にもっと多くのお金を払うことを期待しています。ブロック先には、世界中から料理が入った高級フードコートのMarkthalleがあります。食べ物がとても良かったので、私たちは2泊ここで食べました。

酒店位置不錯，在歐洲火車站SBB旁邊，出行打車及公共交通很方便。最大的問題就是沒有空調，現在才是6月初，室外中午最高28度，室內沒有空調，陽光又是直射（歐洲緯度高，夏天陽光斜度不大），室內溫度高達34-36度！根本無法睡覺，問前台，說晚上氣溫比較低，會涼下來，房間不透風，根本涼不下來！衹提供了一個小小電風扇，一夜無眠！訂歐洲酒店一點要問清楚是否有空調，歐洲80%酒店沒有空調，夏天無法忍受！這個還是歐洲四星酒店！

ノボテルはバーゼルで一晩泊まるのに良い場所でした。チェックインとチェックアウトが簡単で、フロントで問題はありませんでした。翌日の列車の出発が早かったので、1人あたりサンドイッチ2個と水2本を含むテイクアウト用の朝食を用意してくれました。観光できなかったので設備についてはあまり言えませんが、ホテルはバーゼルSBBに行くのに便利な場所でした。フロントのスタッフはタクシーの予約も手伝ってくれました。朝早くは市内を走る路面電車の本数が少ないので助かりました。市内を移動するためのビジターパスももらったので、路面電車は無料で、行った美術館では割引を受けました。唯一の欠点は近くにコンビニがなかったことです。あったかもしれませんが、すぐには見つけられませんでした。ありがとう、ノボテル！

Our 3 day trip in Basel concludes on more positives than nagging issues. First the good part: Staff such as Steven, Catia and Michael are worth mentioning as they did their best to accommodate our requests. In general the front office staff seems rather well trained and courteous. Secondly the location of this hotel is ideal. With access to train, tram and bus stations within a couple 100 metres is very convenient. Sound isolation and sleep quality are pretty decent. Rooms are modern and seem to ve renovated recently. Ample parking available in the basement. The best part is the entrance of the hotel is within the private space and does not hinder public traffic. So parking the vehicle to offload the luggage is practical. I feel one of the best designs of this hotel is to be able to manoeuvre your car and allow guests to be able to safely disembark. Breakfast is decent and very clean setup. No signs of hygiene issues. And now to the few nagging issues: First the over engineering of elevators and their use can ve confusing at first. Staff should take time to read any messages and requests done through third party booking platforms. Although requests were addressed promptly but could have avoided delays. Room temperature settings difficult to comprehend for kelvins to Celsius conversions. Also the room was quite warm and slightly unpleasant in the evening. Breakfast should consider some infant friendly options too. Value for money - a miss for sure. Overall I would say it was quite a pleasant experience but the management needs to step up on making it a value proposition.

コンベンションセンターで会うと、近くのホテルは旧市街の中心にあるホテルよりも高いので、会場まで歩いて20分もかかるこのホテルに住むことにしました。とても賢いことがわかりました。ホテルが提供する無料のバスカードは、路地から毎日会場への直通トラムがあり、とても便利です。全体の旅は10分未満かかります。レストランやショップに囲まれ、チョコレートショップやコーヒーショップにはさまざまなオプションがあります。ホテルから100メートル離れたところにバーゼル大学ドラッグミュージアムがあります。これは、西洋医学の発展の歴史を保存するために、ヨーロッパと世界で最も完全な博物館であると推定されています。 。部屋は清潔で、シングルルームは一人にちょうどよく、シャンプーはうまく機能し、歯ブラシと歯磨き粉、スリッパ、お湯、ミネラルウォーター2本、通気性と非通気性がありませんでした。 １階のレストランに行って（夜はお得）、お湯を２回お願いしました。ウェイターは熱狂的で恥ずかしかった。

When we travel, we always select an historic hotel with lots of local charm and history. This was the basis of our selection of this property for a two night stay prior to a river boat cruise. On that note, this hotel delivers. It's a beautiful property in the city center with gorgeous views of the Rhine. We selected a king balcony room with a view of the river. The flowers in the foyer are spectacular and we really enjoyed the evening that we ate at the Brasserie. So why 3 stars? We found that the staff seemed stuffy and not empowered to address guest issues. Our issue was with our room rate upon check-in. They claimed we booked for 1 person and not for 2, resulting in an additional 110 SF for a second person in the room per night. We thought we had it resolved only to discover we did not when checking out. The hotel also had an error in our credit card data, which would have made it impossible for us to book the room online, adding to my suspicion that the data error was theirs and not mine. Upon my objection and a call to 'corporate', they offered only a 30 SF reduction per night. I expected them to believe their guest and not insist on any additional charge, particularly since there was no breakfast or other actual expense (washing an extra towel?) to the hotel of a second person in a king room. The issue left me feeling the victim of a 'bait and switch' on the room rate --- which was in excess of 800 SF a night in any case. Had we known this would be their attitude, we would have chosen to have lunch and dinner at another location instead of giving them the additional business. Sadly, it started our holiday off on the wrong note and instead of remembering the beautiful property, our memory is of their inability to put guests first, particularly when it doesn't create any additional cost on their end. If this hotel wants to be 'young at heart', they're going to need to be less rigid and not make guests feel uncomfortable for pointing out an error in their booking information and then being insistent on charging them for it.
