The team were really helpful with rooms and service. One of them went out of the way to sort us a taxi as there were none available. Had a great stay! And late checkout, felt safe and helpful staff, a would stay again was real so ably cheap. Very laid back and helpful! 10/10

Easter break fast with the family was brilliant. The kids enjoyed getting a little chocolate egg for a treat after their breakfast. Teresa was very pleasant and professional. Couldn’t do anymore for us. Anything running low was topped up immediately. Will definitely be back.

The personal was really helpful. They reserved for our big group a space for breakfast in the restaurant. Even on Easter they offered to the kids Easter eggs. They were always checking if the food was OK and enough for all the guests.

During a trip to Livingston & Edinburgh, I used this Premier Inn as our base camp. Quiet hotel and extremely comfortable bed, 100% on a good nights sleep. Friendly staff and good food at meal time. Certainly recommendable

We stayed here in 4 rooms for an event on Sunday. Great location and mostly clean. Stains on corridor carpets. Mould and badly repaired skirting boards in bathroom let it down a little. Pillows you had one soft and one hard each. Options for pillows would be good idea . I left with a stiff neck

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn , Bathgate, West Lothian,Scotland. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly , a special mention for Hazelanne of housekeeping who made sure that our rooms were always clean and tidy, and she helped us with suggestions for activities during our stay. An overall good experience for our family.
