Very nice hotel conveniently located next to the mall and hospital. It had a nice Indonesian breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. Overall a great value. The only downside was the loud mosque next door. That said, I would stay there again

I recently went for a holiday with my family and stayed at this hotel bcs its strategic location in the center of town. There are various facilities at this hotel, such as swimming pool for adults and kids with beautiful city views. Other than that, the food was scrumptious! There'a a lot of variant food Thankyou for the best experience, i would recommend this hotel to my friends!

friendly staff, good service and spacious rooms, clean and fragrant, For business and leisure matters are highly recommended hotels here, Apalgi swimming pool facilities are clean and very clear. Recomended

Looks the hotel wasn’t finish yet but force to welcoming the guests. We can see the scaffolding sat in the front and the drive way very narrow also the parking lot quite small. Toilet paper wasn’t provide in the bathroom and breakfast not impressed. I would say IDR 750K a bit higher for the value

My husband and I stayed at Zenith Premiere Hotel Baubau for a week. We enjoyed the good food, the wifi, and our room which was immaculately cleaned each morning. The staff members, from housekeeping, to the servers in the breakfast room and the lunch room, to the receptionists at the front desk, to the Manager, were there for us with a smile. But it was on the morning of our departure to the airport that a mishap occurred. We were stood up by the taxi driver who was referred to us by the front desk, and whom I had called the evening prior to confirm that we needed to be picked up at the hotel at 4.30 am the following day. The taxi driver never showed up. We were saved by another taxi driver from an online taxi service who agreed to be there in 10 minutes to pick us up. Long story short, we made it to the airport in the nick of time. In gratitude, I gave our angel sent from heaven one of the boxed breakfasts that had been given to us by the hotel. It is unfortunate that Zenith does not offer airport shuttle to its guests, even in an emergency such as the above. We made it to the airport, but others may not be so lucky.

Personnel tres gentil et attentif par contre hotel sale. Pas de pression et eau froide pour la douche. Bruit de machine toute la nuit.
