This place is… not great. The property is very beautiful, and the entertainment is well organized and executed. The room was a bit on the older side with very worn furniture and stained pillows, comforters, etc. This was not a deal breaker, as the cleaners did a good job with overall cleanliness. Another thing to note is there are no outlets by the bed. Not a dealbreaker for us, but it may be an inconvenience for others. The food was pretty terrible, which is to be expected of all inclusive resorts. One thing I found totally disgusting was the amount of guests taking food with their hands. This was not limited to bread, but things like buffet items. Two people were standing over a sushi station, picking up pieces with their hands and eating right at the buffet! The overall service was really disappointing. On several occasions, we would get cut in line, and the staff would not do anything about it, even after witnessing what happened. At the bar, we’d have tip in hand and flag down the bar tender just to be ignored when someone else approached - maybe because we’re not fluent Spanish speakers… I waited in line for 15 minutes to check out, and during the process, others were going up to the desk and getting service. This greatly cut into my checkout time, as the person helping me was not able to multitask several requests at once. The level of service was most disappointing, and would be the reason I would choose another resort, such as Iberostar or Hard Rock.

Accommodations, meals and entertainment were all excellent. We came in a group of 8 and had an amazing time! Made lots of great memories. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

I truly believed that there is not a perfect vacation. The only things that i can say that we did not like was that there were some food that did not stay at lest warm, like the eggs, rice and other. We complained to the waitress and she advised her supervisor and he said that the warmer that keep the food warm was broken, but they continued to put food in the trays. Another part that we felt odd was that we stayed 8 nights in the hotel and the hotel offer us 4 restaurants only to dine for 4 days, with no other choose to continued eating at the buffet. Not good. Last, the beach was super overcrowded. Who in this insane world would have 7 hotels for one beach. No wonder the beach were super crowded. I will not used those hotels again. Be advised.

The apar**ent was a bit settled down. We could hardly enter the apar**ent because there was something wrong with the lock or the handle. Only two big and two hand towels were provided for two of us. We were provided with a small laundry soap instead of hand washing soap in the last days and they ran out of toilet paper on our last day, so the housekeeper took it from another room. The staff at the reception was giving confusing information about the exchange rate of the hotel upon arrival and about late check out possibility on our last days. Finally it was possible but we did not expect the issue to be so difficult. It was almost impossible to get sun beds on the beach. The food was excellent, the transfer bus service to the beach and back was convenient.

The food was amazing, the staff was so nice and helpful. I was a little worried when I read the reviews but I honestly have to say I loved it. Can’t wait to bring my son next time. 10/10 I will be back !!

The staff is amazing, they made sure my hubby had a great 50th bday so attentively we had an awesome time, recomended.

I enjoyed my stay there. But, too much loud music and often. Also, i wanted so much to play volleyball either on the resort or on the beach but the nearest possibility was on the beach approx 30 min of walking from the resort on another part of the beach. There is a beach volley ground, but there is no organisation about it from the entertainment team. But overall good.

We had anniversary. First problem- Front desk didn`t explain us nothing what was included to our reservation. Second problem- Staff doesn`t speak English. Third is in room- can`t charge my phones. Sockets worked once in a while. And the last is- I saw a cockroach in buffet. Entertaiment was excellent. Respect them. Pool bar bartenders are the best.

Will never stay there again. Copy paste review answers aren't helping them either. They should address the problems guests are complaining about.
