マジェスティック エレガンス プンタ カナ - オールインクルーシブ(Majestic Elegance Punta Cana - All Inclusive)

The majestic elegance is beautiful!!! Very clean, rooms are very nice. The average rating was because we paid extra for “Elegance club” adult only. This was our 29th anniversary and we wanted it to be kid free. We searched for a hotel that had adult only amenities. When we showed up at the hotel they told us those rooms were sold out in the adult only section. That was disappointing since we paid for that section. We were still able to use the amenities but they were two buildings away. We booked months in advance so that was disappointing. They did give us a voucher for $200.00. To be used towards a $360.00 massage. But we would have loved the room in adult only section instead. The drinks were great! The food average. Entertainment average. The staff-some were great but I would say around 90% don’t even acknowledge you with even a hello. Overall though the place is beautiful! The pools are well maintained and had a great vacation overall.

Service was subpar just like the food. Once you tip you receive better service.

There were so many pool options. If you wanted something more lively then you could go to main pool. The adult pools were also fun and you could find quiet spots if that’s what you’re looking for. Adult only pool bar was fun!!

This was our 2nd time back to the Elegance and would definitely return again. You get treated so well here! Cool towels and cocktails and snacks on arrival. Our Butler Diego Peguero was so helpful and friendly! He got us dinner reservations, a spa reservation and extra surprises for our anniversary! Elisa in the elegance lounge helped us in afternoons with snacks she was so nice and helpful! Annamaria our housekeeper was amazing and so sweet she would make sure our room got serviced so nice every day! Stephanie at the See and Sea restaurant was great she referred us to Altagracia at the Limited gourmand who took such great care of us!

If I could give this place 1 star for the food I would! I know not to expect much from resort food, but we were constantly served from-frozen, unseasoned, slapped together slop. I was baffled most times. The rooms are okay and the pool is nice — nice beach. But the FOOD. The food is horrid. It’s day one and I’m starving! The staff are rude too.

Just completed our stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana today. We had a fantastic time. The property is very nice and was a great place to spend a family vacation. The pool is great and there are plenty of bars and food options scattered around. The beach was fantastic. It got a little sea **** heavy when the wind picked up but largely was clean and beautiful. My largest critique is the food options. I suppose it is what one might expect from an all inclusive. The buffet was decent and you could usually find options there. The steakhouse was by far our family favorite. The Italian and sushi left much to be desired. There were not available reservations at the French place and the only Japanese reservation was at 9:00 pm which didn’t work for our family. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and always helpful, pool clean, beach beautiful, but, as mentioned, we were underwhelmed with the food options.

The Majestic Elegance made for a lovely stay in Punta Cana for us. Staff was wonderful in making sure we had anything we wanted or needed.

The resort is prefect everyone friendly and good restaurants. The beach is better than the other resorts on either side of this resorts
