This property was one of the worst I stayed at! Do not waste your money. They do not provide hand sanitizer for the guest as they are entering the restaurants. We informed the front desk of guest licking their fingers and dipping into the syrup at the buffet, and openly coughing whole stone the food. They did nothing. When we first arrived, one of our bathrooms was dirty and our bed was dirty. It did not look like the blanket or sheets had been washed. When we called room service, they moved us to another room. The second room was no different. One of the pillowcases smelled of throw up, the sheets were still dirty, and it looked like they tried to cover it up because it was the bottom of the fitted sheet. We saw this because we pulled the sheets back to check the mattress per usual. Both rooms had a very bad odor to them. The floor and sheets were very clammy. The whole room felt moist. It caused our clothes to feel the same. We informed the property of everything and they did nothing. We asked for a refund and they refused. So we asked for an upgrade to the platinum club at no charge and they still refused . The pools were dirty, staff were rude. The first night I arrived I got food poisoning which ruined the remainder of my stay! Their only form of compensation for the inconvenience was to give us room service. When the food arrived it was the wrong order, food was missing, and the vegetables were molded!
