ハンプトン イン & スイーツ ベイ シティー テキサス(Hampton Inn & Suites Bay City)

It was a short stay, but we were very impressed with the size of the King size room. Everything was clean in the room and around the common areas. Check in and check out were quick and efficient. The breakfast was a nice addition, with many options to choose from. We were in town for a funeral and having a nice, clean place to sleep made the experience much less stressful.

The hotel has been renovated but still needs some attention in the stairwells. Nice young man at check in.

We were very pleased w the our hotel stay. The staff was very nice accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was great too. Everything we needed was there. Comfy beds and great rooms. Clean restrooms and plenty of towels. Very happy we chose this hotel.

Wonderful pillows. Clean duvet. quiet. Very helpful and friendly staff. Outstanding breakfast. Ease of check-in and check-out. Bathroom faucet was a bit strange. definitely a 5-star stay.

Only thing I was disappointed in was, the two rooms was not on the same floor

Great service, newly remodeled and super clean. Complimentary breakfast was delicious and great options to eat nearby.

Family of 5 adults booked a room for 5 adults (mom and dad with three young male adults all 6’3” or taller and over 200 lbs). Got a room with two queen beds. Not what we booked. We expected a room with a pullout couch which did not exist on the property even though that was what was on our reservation. Extremely uncomfortable.
