連鎖酒店，服務過硬！是度假村，規模很大，大堂陽光屋頂，感覺不錯。但是距離鬧市區有一段距離，幽靜。

酒店位置比較偏，吃飯不方便。服務一般，住了一個星期，房間警報響了3次，都沒有看到什麼特別的事情發生。

I had reserved a room with 2 double beds but when I arrived they did not have that type of room available and only gave me a room with 1 king size bed and pull out sofa. There also wasn't any water in the refrigerator and the AC unit was not very cold and we had to call for repairs to get the filter changed. So the room was unfortunately not as comfortable as we would have hoped. Otherwise, the hotel and staff were nice and my kids enjoyed the fitness center and the pool.

It was a standard hotel. The hallways were hot and humid. Had to lug the suitcase up 5 steps because there’s not a ramp for the bottom floor. Trash was overflowing outside with throw up on the sidewalk. Room was clean and bed was good. The shower was good. The A/C took forever to cool the room. The food was overpriced and nothing special. Swimming pool area was nice. More eating places (about 3-4 miles) to the left when leaving the hotel parking lot. A really good pizza place towards the Home Depot called Bellagios pizzeria. This place had great pizza and reasonable prices.

Location. central LI, convenient to all roads, all the amenities for business travel conventions or vacation Dining option on site, interior and design. Rooms are large, walk-in shower and not an awful tub shower. Multiple outlets

Overall the stay was just fine and sufficient for what I needed while in town for a wedding. Though our room keys not working was an issue it was quickly resolved by the front desk. The room service and on site restaurant had decent food and good variety of options available. The only thing I did not like was that wifi was not included in the price of the room. I had to pay an additional fee to use the wifi and get work done on my laptop. At about $300 per night, I would expect not to pay an additional fee for something so basic. That was unfortunate.

The hotel was lovely- quiet, appealing and the hotel staff were attentive. The pool was great! The only negative was the service in the restaurant. We went for breakfast and there were only a few other gusts there, but the service was poor. I asked for a lemon for my tea and had to ask 3 staff members before it arrived. There were dirty dishes on the table next to ours the whole time we ate. No one came to clear them. There seemed to be enough staff, they were just very disorganized. At the end of our meal the server brought us our bill and then another table's bill! We were really surprised that with a hotel this nice, they couldn't get their act together in the restaurant.
