ゲゲストWe were easily able to find this hotel. The staff was excellent at check in and continued to be throughout our stay. The room was very clean and quiet even with being close to I-10. Room service was excellent and stopped in every day. We found the hotel was well located for visiting our family nearby. It was also located close by to a number of restaurants that we were able to just walk to. Great experience.

ゲゲストGreat hotel right on the beach. The location cannot be beat. I highly recommend the beach view balcony. They have free breakfast that is good. You do have to pay $15 a day to park. They have a parking garage. It says free parking but it is not free parking. You can rent to chairs and an umbrella for $45 per day. They have a pool bar. They have a hot tub. The pool is not heated but is very nice and cleaned every morning. A some portion of the pool is covered. There is a refrigerator in the room. I would recommend bringing your own pillows because their pillows are terrible but other than that it’s a great hotel!

ゲゲストチェックインは素晴らしい経験であり、部屋はとても素敵で、私たちのすべてのニーズを満たしていました。しかし、スイミングプールとホットタブは準備ができていませんでした。彼らは塩素の混合物とバグを持っていました。
スタッフは素晴らしく、滞在中とても個性的でした。朝食は10点中10点で完璧でした! 7月1日に朝食をとっているスタッフは本当に優秀でした。彼女は彼らが入るたびにすべての顧客を迎え、歓迎されたと感じました。彼女は必要に応じて親切で、朝食が新鮮で豊富であることを確認しました。彼女は空になったときにさらに新鮮で熱くしました。

ゲゲストThe hotel was really nice despite a few minor issues in the room! The walls were super thin so you could hear everything, but the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was perfect - right on the beach and close to lots of restaurants and activities. Some maintenance issues, but overall it was a great stay!

ゲゲストThe Hilton Garden Inn in Orange Beach, Alabama, was a beautiful place! I liked the hotel layout. My favorite parts while staying there were collecting shells on their beaitiful private beach behind the hotel, leisurely riding innertubes on their ”heated river” behind the hotel and enjoying their delicious breakfast buffet. Every hotel employee we met was wonderful and helpful! I reserved a physicallyhandicapped room with island view. My only unpleasant part of my stay was the flooding from the handicapped bathroom shower that flooded the bathroom floor, into the front entrance to the room, even wetting the hall carpet. I reported it to the front desk, who thanked me for reporting it. They said it was because it was a handicapped room. I told them it didn't matter...if it was a handicapped room or not. I told them more care should have been taken considering it was for a handicapped person. What if I'd fallen on the wet floor and gotten hurt? Anyway, I liked the hotel but I don't recommend renting and reserving the handicapped room (#415) until these issues are corrected and the room, itself, is updated and this problem is completely corrected. ゲゲストThe place really needs to be gutted and rebuilt!! The tub corners were really filthy!! It was like baked in dirt!! Looks like they may need a chisel to remove the dirt stuck to the tub corners!! Thank goodness I always bring my own shower flip flops !! They didn’t even have bath towels just hand towels and one of the wash cloths was not even white anymore ( that really should have been trashed!! ) Thank goodness I also bring my own towels ! The carpet was so stained the room smells horrible!! The elevator was so dirty and dingy!!
And to think they charged me $225 for the night !! It’s good I was just passing through and it was a last minute trip and I didn’t have to stay but less than 12 hours!! I would never go back to that hotel again and unfortunately they make all other hotels that carry the same name look bad!!
