街は素晴らしく、ホテルの環境も素晴らしく、宿泊施設は複数のフロアに分かれており、どのバルコニーの外にも花があり、特に気分が良くなります。ベッドはとても快適で広々としていて、バスルームはとても広かったです。朝食はアメリカンブレックファストですが、フルーツ、コーヒー、ジュース、各種パン、ソーセージなどがあり、とても美味しいので他の人にも勧められます。

The location was good, a short walk to Asilomar Beach which is a wonderful coastal trail with deer, bunnies & lots of birds in the early morning (before 7am). Was a bit disappointed that no bottled water was available in the room, and the lobby was locked before 8am and after 9pm when we wanted to get a drink. The coffee maker has water tasting of coffee, which is not ideal for non-coffee drinkers like myself. Toothbrushes not provided. My emails prior to the stay went unanswered. It was suggested that we pay $20 for laundry, and we had to ask multiple times where they either told us it was too early / too late and then to look for housekeeping to ask on our own. Night time is quiet but day time is noisy once housekeeping commences, and in the afternoon we had several calls and knocks on our door from housekeeping when we were trying to rest. They did not wait for us to answer but kept calling. I'm likely to choose a different place for future stays. There are several in this same location that are not as costly. I only chose this because the reviews seemed great.

Every employee was exceptional, helpful and friendly. The location is great except for getting in an out with a vehicle. The rooms were very nice, the bed was comfortable and clean. The two issues I had with the room were promptly corrected by maintenance (bad toilet flush and light bulb which was very loud). The restaurant was good, though the server was not exceptional. You feel welcome at every area within the hotel, every employee greets you as you pass. Only bad thing that I can say is that, I am allergic to dogs and could tell from the moment I slept in the room that there had been a dog or pet in the room prior. This lead to some discomfort that I was not prepared for. A bit of warning should be given to those with allergies so that other arrangements could be made.

Good facilities, there are fridge and microwave in the room, quite helpful for travelers who want to est something simple for breakfast or dinner. The room service helps to keep the room clean. Downside is it can be noisy at night and can hear the outside when the people outside is loud.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and very helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they made sure all of my questions were answered. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the linens felt fresh and high quality. I also appreciated how quiet the room was at night, which made it easy to rest after a long day. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location was another major advantage. It was conveniently situated near restaurants, shops, and major roads, making it easy to get around. Parking was also straightforward and accessible, which was a big plus. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. There were several options available, including hot items, fresh fruit, and beverages. Everything was well stocked and organized. Overall, the hotel offered great value for the price. Clean facilities, friendly staff, and a convenient location made this stay enjoyable and stress-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip.

good breakfast, the pool is operating. ice machine working well and there is a restaurant with nice food directly next to the hotel. only downside is the plane noise at late night, but it did not affect my sleep during midnight so it was fine.

とても静かなホテルでした。設備は少し古かったものの、清潔でした。入り口にガソリンスタンドがあったので、出発前にガソリンを満タンにしました。
