時代遅れのホテル、部屋は時代遅れで、清潔さはありません！ ルームサービスは存在せず、フロントではリクエストに応じてくれません。 バスルームには汚れた髪の毛と種が散らばっています。 床の敷物は劣化しており、キャビネットのパネルは閉まらず、冷蔵庫はレンタル間で一度も掃除されません。 要するに、私たちは決して元には戻りません！

1泊200ドルでは日中は部屋の掃除すらしてくれません。 タオルを交換することさえありません。フロントに行ってタオルを取りに行く必要があります。 彼は私たちの寝室のトイレにクッキーの種さえ置いてありました。

良いサービス、完璧に暖かく、清潔なスパ。 地下鉄、ティムホートン駅、セントヒューバート駅、メクド駅はホテルのすぐ隣にあります。 唯一の問題は、インターネットネットワークが貧弱であることですが、実際にはそれが唯一の欠点です。

A 3 day stay for Carnival. No room service unless you are there a week. Looks like it needs a refit, hallways missing carpet squares etc

It was expensive for its standard. The rooms were stinky and the bathrooms were average and the rooms very small.

Excellent location. Convenient driving to Old Quebec, Parliament Building, Montmorency Falls, shopping mall etc. Tim Hortons at Hotel compound. But the room (407), where we stayed, was not awesome! No closets, no hangers for clothing! Faucet was not working well.

Very convenient option 15 min from Old Quebec. The hotel is very well kept although it shows its age. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

The check in was horrible. We were first given rooms on the main floor which was average but just when we were about to load our luggage on the cart, the girl at the front desk came up to us and said the rooms were taken up and our rooms had been changed to the second floor which was under construction and was horrible. That turned out to be a lie because when one of us complained we were then given one of the rooms initially given to us the first time. The entire hotel smelled of bleach and the staff was unfriendly, indifferent and could barely speak English. We were two couples and we had booked 2 rooms for two nights over the Christmas long weekend and neither of us was satisfied. Please stay away!

The location is excellent... 5-10 minutes drive to Old Quebec. There are other businesses like Tim Horton's nearby. The rooms were clean and parking was free!
