超豪華でお手頃価格。

I wouldn't stay here again. Whatever party they had going on, 5th floor, those young adults made the hotel stay awful. They were loud and obnoxious from the moment they all woke up to late into the night... constant cussing and arguing in the hallway. On top of all that the bathroom was very small. We're thin framed and still found it hard to dry after a shower, forget getting dressed in there. The staff was wonderful, everything was clean/neat and valet was great but I wouldn't risk staying there bcuz there's no way they can control those college aged adults.

This hotel was amazing! Clean, bed was comfortable, central air was quiet and kept the room comfortable. Drinks at the Aria lounge were delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly throughout the hotel. Will be back when we visit OKC!

Staff was very friendly. Property is centrally located and self parking was easy and affordable. Decor and furnishings were old and worn, needs replacing and updating. Noticed that was the plan for 2024 . Bed was comfortable and rooms were large . Breakfast was so yummy! Lots of options .

The hotel was very clean. The room was comfortable. The staff were courteous. The neighborhood was walkable and felt safe for a large city. Lots of people out walking all times of day. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Definitely recommend this hotel!

My room wasn't vacuumed and ooms need remodeling. The pleather on the headboard was peeling off onto the pillows. Rooms are dingy and outdated. I expected more from sheraton.

Absolutely disgusting room. Stains/residue on floor , toilet seat , bathroom counter , coffee tray , ice bucket. Bed liner is flaking off. Shower head piping loose from wall exposing a mound of dust. Lamp shade has something stuck to it.

When checking in , the system didn’t not work and charged two of my credits cards so now I have to wait for the pending charges to drop. The desk attendant was very nice , I can’t complain about her. The only thing I would have suggest her to tell the guests that there were multiple schools staying in. The room was very dusty , sheets dirty and had hairs on them as if the bed was made but sheets were not changed. The photos on the site are misleading. The property is very outdated. As I stated there were teenagers staying for an event and they were screaming and running the hallways unsupervised through the night. They were blasting music at midnight parting till 4 am, knocking on peoples doors and running the halls. I woke up to them laughing and screaming at 9 am, hardly got any sleep. Honestly will be going back to Hilton.

Worst hotel in Oklahoma City. When we first got to our room, heater didn’t work (20s outside). Maintenance came. “Fixed it”. 45 goes by, heater only works, room is now 90 degrees. Then broke again. Maintenance came and worked for 3.5 hours. We missed our plans due to the hotel having issues in our room. After LONG service call, still broke. Moved again at 9:45 at night. Next room had broken issues. Staff was rude and non helpful (except maintenance trying his hardest) All in all, after staying at this hotel in the past, NEVER NEVER EVER will I stay here or recommend it to anyone. Go anywhere else but this hotel for a pleasant getaway.

Sheraton is a mainstay in downtown OKC, situated across from the Convention center and the Botanic gardens, and close to Bricktown. The hotel is well maintained and modern. Service is fast, courteous and complete.

Had a great time love the Sheraton, but realized after I was charged for my room , seemed like the price I paid was way more than I thought it was gonna be

The property was very clean and the rooms were updated. The only down side was the room did not have a microwave and when traveling with small kids the microwave is key.
