首先在非洲，這個酒店環境沒的説，風景太好了，住進熱帶雨林，但是不知道是不是節約還是風俗，進酒店第一天，床單非常臟沒換過，7天也沒有換過，不過都是早出晚歸，前面都很好，最後一天走了讓車來接我們拉行李，沒讓，説忙，***啊白人為什麼可以，歧視華人啊，挺傻的，最後一天非常不爽，但是異國他鄉衹能忍耐！所以跑了才能評論！！！

Overall we had a wonderful time, staff is amazing, super friendly, food variety and taste was very good, landscaping well maintained. Our beach villa was spacious, clean with all amenities. Only thing: maintenance is needed here. We would return again. We leave with a smile.

Ive loved the place , was so peaceful , the administration were so welcoming , had a nice moment. With family , the food was well prepared ❤️, clean room , and the staff was soo gentle , overall ive haf a good experience at so sofitel mauritius

My sister and I had an excellent holiday. Immaculate suites and sandy beaches. All the staffs was really helpful, specially Divya, Shivanee, Levi Rakesh who contributed to the success of our stay. We will for sure return to this beautiful resort.

One the best hotels in the south, its forte is the tranquility and peaceful atmosphere. We really enjoyed the buffet and quick service provided by all the staffs We felt valued and was treated like royalty. A big thanks to the reception for the late check out and Mrs Divya for her warm welcome and planned a wonderful surprise for wife.

Had a very warm welcome. Staffs are very friendly. Food is also good. It a very hotel for a peaceful getaway. To relax and cut off from the busy life. Everyone was very friendly. Room as well is good. However could improve the infrastructure and maintainance of the room a bit more.

Where do I even start, we were amazingly surprised by this beautiful hotel in the south of Mauritius. We were warmly welcome by Divya and her team. She provided accurate information about the amazing property. Food was excellent, ton silvio excelled in making tasty cocktails.

We had a really good time at the hotel - the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The culinary experience was great - we had a la carte, we had a preference for buffet. Large pool not heated. The hotel greatest compliments is the calmness and serenity.

Here’s a breakdown of my experience with various departments and individuals: Reception: From the moment we arrived, Hiteen and Vishni at the reception desk made us feel incredibly welcome. Hiteen was always smiling and eager to assist with any requests, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Vishni’s professionalism and warmth were evident, making us feel right at home. Their hospitality set the tone for a wonderful stay. Housekeeping: The housekeeping team, particularly Lorena, Nandini, and Jenny, did an outstanding job. Lorena’s attention to detail ensured that our room was spotless every time. Nandini’s friendly demeanour made every encounter pleasant, and Jenny’s efficiency was commendable. Restaurant: Breakfast and dining at the hotel was a delight, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Levi, Anish, Neelam, Anastajia, Dinesh, and Phenella. Levi and Anish were attentive and accommodating, always ready with recommendations and making sure our dining experience was perfect. Neelam and Anastajia’s cheerful attitudes brightened our mornings, while Dinesh and Phenella’s professionalism and warmth added a personal touch to every meal. Cook: Every dish prepared was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The passion for cooking was evident in every bite, and they even took the time to discuss the menu with guests, which added a personal and memorable touch to our dining experiences. We will miss having our breakfast and chatting to Marie Michele and enjoying her recipes. Concierge: Mr. Raj at the concierge desk was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Whether it was arranging transportation, suggesting local attractions, or providing detailed directions, Mr. Raj’s assistance was invaluable. His patience and expertise ensured that we had a hassle-free, enjoyable stay and feel like home. Management: Ms. Divya’s leadership was clearly reflected in the high standards of service throughout the hotel. She was approachable and genuinely interested in guest feedback, always seeking ways to enhance the guest experience. Her dedication to excellence was evident in every aspect of the hotel’s operation. Club Cart: Avinash, who handled the club cart services, was always punctual and courteous. His friendly demeanour and willingness to assist with transporting guests around the property added an extra layer of convenience to our stay. Overall, the SO Sofitel Bel Ombre stands out not just for its beautiful surroundings and luxurious amenities, but for the remarkable people who work there. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Such a lovely setting and so quiet. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and we loved Rajiv, Linley and Silvio at the bar. They looked after us so well and made sure we never ran out of drinks!! A special mention to Divya, the heart of the resort, an amazing lady that we miss already. The honeymoon package that we received was fantastic. Highly recommend the rum tasting and the cooking class. We had such a relaxing holiday and had zero issues. Would 100% recommend the SO.
