Well Maxx Royal you didn’t disappoint! 🎅🏻 We had such an amazing 8 day Christmas break, the service, the food, the drinks, the facilities, the feel & vibe were all just fabulous. Our Maxx assistant Behnam & Elif were always on hand with everything we needed. We requested cake & balloons for my sons birthday to which they arranged with no hesitation. My boys loved the arcade & bowling & visited many times. The staff in there were super, (apologies for not catching their names). We were very lucky with the weather at this time of year, it averaged 19/20c each day bar two where it rained but we took a taxi to Belek shopping centre for sone retail therapy. On Christmas Day we paid for a family peel, foam & massage in the spa, it was a little pricey at €100 each but we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Our Christmas gala meal was delicious & the production & set up was quite something. I will say our boys didn’t enjoy it as they said it felt too posh & if I’m honest it wasn’t very child friendly, I wouldn’t attend again with children, so they left to play in the arcade leaving us in peace! My husband & son played golf twice & said it was a fabulous course & the staff in the clubhouse were very accommodating. Overall the winter concept at this hotel is the best, if you’re thinking about booking in the winter just go for it! I hope one day we can save enough to return! 🤞🏻

The hotel met my wildest expectations, the service was well organize and at the highest level, as well as delicious food , excellent fish Restaurant and a beautiful and well-kept golf course. Amazing place! I will come back there with great pleasure :)

I want to extend our gratitude for the exceptional service during our stay at the Resort. Special thanks to Esra and Pelin for their perfect organization and willingness, and the kitchen staff for promptly catering to our request for Indian cuisine. Our dining experience at Otaku restaurant was enhanced by our waiter, Meriem (name may be misspelled), whose service was exemplary. Additionally, the assistance from a Maxx team member in contacting our missing tour guide was handled with impressive effectiveness and assertiveness. Overall, we are immensely satisfied with our stay and look forward to visiting again. Of course, there were some cons, but there's no need to mention them.

Very nice resort in everything and anything , spacious rooms with comfortable beds ,very good food in the main restaurant and the a la carte , very good drinks , great service everywhere, good housekeeping and very well maintained . thanks to everyone but special thanks to Songul in the lobby bar for her great cocktails , Sadanur and Hussain in Baharat restaurant he was very helpful . very recommended , see you again soon .

Excellent service and quality in all areas. Beautiful hotel with abundance of amenities and positive surprises. Great tennis courts - thnx to fantastic Serkan from Royal Tennis. Food and restaurants are awesome, in particular patisserie. 100% again.

Find Can at pool area, Aykut at japanese restaurant and hasan at steakhouse, glass cleaning lady (Banu i think) near pool area. Very nice people, always smiling, helpful and love their jobs. Very nice hotel (room selection is important though). Very good ala carte restaurants (open buffet can be better) Thanks for everything

My wife and I have been going to Turkey for years and have tried numerous hotels many in the Belek area. We always fancied trying the Maxx Royal which is supposed to be the best in the area but comes at a premium price. So what do you get for the extra cost compared to other excellent hotels nearby. On arrival the hotel is impressive. We were given a glass of champagne and what appeared to be salmon caviar but never asked if we liked it and not offered an alternative. The suites are very large and comfortable. I checked the air con and noticed that it was at 18 degrees so nice and cool however during the night we found out that it wasnt air con but set on heating. It was 27 degrees that day so the room was very hot but I couldnt find a way to change it to cool settings so on contacting the maxx assistants we were advised that it was winter season and the air con was on heating settings and we should open our balcony door during the night. Not the response I expected from a luxury hotel. This continued for the next three days and the only thing the hotel offered was a fan which was delivered to our room at midnight wakening us up. After repeatedly complaining about this they eventually changed the air con to the cool setting. The food in the hotel is of poor quality. The main buffet restaurant is very large but poorly set out. The chefs are constantly making food even when there are no guests needing it meaning that this food is just lying there getting cold. Everything was over cooked and not to the standard I had expected. The Twenty Four restaurant has a good selection but not everything is freshly cooked. My wife ordered a duck breast which she asked to be cooked rare. When it arrived it was overcooked and very tough so they took it back. The next one arrived within 5 minutes and again was overcooked. There is no way that it could have been cooked fresh in that amount of time so much be precooked, poor standards. The best restaurant was the Turkish which had a very good selection. The entertainment at night was good but the bar service was very slow waiting between 20-40 minutes to get a drink. Not enough staff behind the bar. Ice cream parlour and chocolatier were excellent. Only one heated outdoor pool which was very busy with kids bombing in the pool. On attending the airport we were given access to the lounge which is very poor thankfully we didnt pay extra for it. Overall we had a good holiday but the hotel in general was disappointing and did not live up to our expectations. The hotel needs to concentrate on supplying the basics good food and service. I would not return as there are other hotels nearby that offer better food and service.

We have just returned from a family holiday at the Maxx Royal and found it faultless. The food was exceptional and the accommodation was extremely comfortable and spacious. The food at the buffet was so impressive and varied. I loved the fact we could eat in the a la carte restaurants for lunch or dinner without booking . Also the 24 hour restaurant provided another alternative for any meal. Having this flexibility was such a pleasant change. The food stations by the beach were also fantastic from freshly made ice cream and lollies to an extensive selection of ingredients to have any sandwich you would want plus the fresh fruit. The kids club was amazing and there are free arcades, bowling and laser tag! The drinks were all high end brands and the cocktails were made to a very high standard. To add to all of this the staff are wonderful and I would like to say a special thank you to our assistant LaLa who was amazing! Thank you to everyone at the hotel we will be back again.
