We immediately informed this hotel 5 days before our arrival when the deadline for a free cancellation is 7 days. We certainly exceeded it by 2 days. This hotel pretended not to respond to our various messages via Booking customer service and directly via direct conversation with the establishment. Once the stay was over, we received a response with a single word "ok: of course our stay is kept confirmed and we had to pay the full amount as if we stayed (even the 3 days for breakfasts). Already that we were penalized by the fact of not having been able to travel, this hotel confirmed us on the fact of definitively giving up on Serbia as a destination.
