La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Belgrade - Bozeman Airport

Breakfast help was very helpful and friendly. Wish there would’ve been fresh fruit and better tea selection. Food and beverages containers were left in hallway for days without being removed. Shower knob was problematic. Cleaning staff knocked n came into room without waiting while I was not completely dressed even though tv was on. Outside help was very nice and quickly offered to assist several days of my trip with snowy/icy conditions. Sincerely wanted to help me but I didn’t need. I saw him assist another couple who needed his help. Comfy bed but room was a little outdated and tv channels were was frustrating.

The pool was great. Pool temperature was at a comfortable temperature. Bed was very, very firm.

Before checking in there were some issues with authorization on my card. I gave card information over the phone and was told it wouldn’t authorize. Then was proceeded to tell me I needed to come immediately or they would let our room go. We were in town for wrestling and we’re at a tournament at the high school. I got to the property and the card authorized just fine. I then looked at my account and I had 3 different charges that were pending. All attempts from our phone call. These are pending and I am waiting for them to fall off. The property is not well maintained. Our room was not kept well. The ottoman had so many stains on it. I moved it aside and made sure nothing touched it. The bathrooms need a good deep clean. It appeared as their solution for cleaning was throwing a coat of paint on it. The hot tub jets did not work. It has been snowing over night and zero attempts had been made to shovel or clear the snow. Overall for the price I don’t think I will ever choose to stay at this property. There are much better options to choose from.

It was quick and easy to stay. The parking was easy to access. The room was big and clean.

We were located above front desk/lobby desk clerk and another guest were talking very loudly till 12:30 AM and started again at 6:00 AM. Also she turned on TV in breakfast area so loud it could be heard in our room. All the noise seemed to echo right up to our room. Little or no sleep was had after a very long stressful(because of weather) Drive. Very disappointed

We enjoyed our quick stay here, nice big comfy beds and pillows. Clean room and bathroom, good rates. good breakfast and area. Happy with real cream for the coffee :) kids enjoyed waffles and cereal. I enjoyed the hot selections.

The property is outdated. The bed was lumpy and uneven. The hot tub was the temperature of a warm bath.

It was a place to lay our head for the night. It was average nothing special. The prettiest part was the lobby. Our bathroom was so dirty and moldy. The comforter had fresh blood drops on it from probably the night before or so it was still pretty bright red, then further down the comforter was dried dark blood. Our room claimed it slept 5 so we booked it for 5 and it slept 4. Asked for a roll away and the person at the desk was inconvienced by our question and annoyed we asked for anything from them. Was disappointed but like i said it was a place to lay our heads for the night. Breakfast was great, my kids enjoyed it as did we.

The room itself was nice and comfortable. Nothing special, but nice enough. Staff was not very friendly and except for check in, we were really never even acknowledged going in and out all week. The "Fitness room" amounted to a treadmill and a bike, only one of which actually functioned.
