We enjoyed our stay at this location, the trip.com representative was extremely helpful for booking this hotel stay last minute.

The location was great, but snow was not plowed around property, making it difficult to drive and it was icy. This was disappointing and made it dangerous to walk around property and drive. I had to put in 4 wheel drive to get in and out . I expected better from Choice hotels/Quality inn.

The clerk at the front check in was rude. The room smelled terrible wet and musty. There were holes in the shower curtain and no tissues in the dispenser.

There was a door to a deck outside and there was a quarter inch gap between the door and the floor. The temperature outside was 9° degrees and blowing. I found a towel and block the draft. Both phones were completely non-functional. Every other channel on the TV did not work. The carpet in the floor was wet but didn’t stink.

The check-in process turned out to be awkward. The tv came on of its own volition at 3:00 am. (I had not ever turned it on and the remote was still across the room by the set. The toilet needed to be flushed several times to be effective, and the accommodations appeared to be a little shabby. Having, said all this, it was not an uncomfortable experience.

Room condition is great although it is not fancy but matches its price. The breakfast is just only okay.

Unfortunately, when we entered our room, the two lights next to the bed didn’t work one of the other lights didn’t have a lightbulb. When we brought this to the desk, they said that there wasn’t anyone there for maintenance there continental breakfast had nothing in it with the exception of scrambled eggs that were glazed over and we were asked what room we were staying in before they allow us to go in for the breakfast? This should tell you about the outlying area around the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody unfortunately. There was still even hair in the shower.

I stayed a few days during the week and got a suite for a good rate, clean grounds, good breakfast and nice staff. Only minor complaint is pictures and description online implies the bed would be more comfortable and it was a thinner mattress but clean nice sheets so overall will stay again. Good location as well!

Substandard property, dirty and terrible maintenance in the building and hotel rooms. Door key would not open door, housekeeping came once. Desk clerk was in a rumpled t-shirt with a backwards ball cap on to check us in…. Really???!!!
