私はこのホテルが絶対に好きです!誰もがとても素敵で歓迎しています!それは家から離れているようなものです..部屋はいつも清潔で快適です!!朝食も大きなプラスです!!これは間違いなく私の選択のホテルです。

I liked this motel. Excellent price point, decent mattress, good pillows that were plentiful—I asked and received 2 more during my stay, and pretty quiet. It doesn’t have the amenities of a $300 + a night hotel room and that’s okay, because I am only interested in a decent place to stay for the night. The Indian family who runs this hotel is lovely and hard working. They made my stay all the better. Very kind people. When I travel I stop by Target for cheap pillows bc usually the pillows aren’t very good in lower price point hotels but in this case their pillows were actually awesome and I didn’t need the ones we bought. I left the bought pillows in the room and I got a call from the management letting me know I forgot my items. Now in this day and age who does that??! The nice people who run this hotel do that. Thank you!!!

When I reserved the room, I was asked to purchase the breakfast in advance. We did and were given two tickets for breakfast when we checked in. We asked the hours for breakfast. The next morning we went down for breakfast during the appointed times, and no lights were on, and no one was there. We asked at the desk and were told that the server did not show up. We asked if we could get our money back and were assured that we would get our money back. Two clerks assured us that the manager would refund our money on our credit card. The manager was not in yet. We went back to our room, packed, left, and went to a restaurant for breakfast, and we NEVER got the refund. I called, and a very rude woman clerk refused to let me speak to the manager. She would not let me speak at all and ranted and raved about how I was NOT going to get a refund! Then, she lied and said that we had said we could not wait on breakfast, so there would be no refund. We were told there would NEVER be breakfast that day!!! I don't mind paying for what I get, and I don't mind leaving generous tips, but the very idea that they don't come through with the refund is inexcusable!!! I hope the manager finally gets to read this!
