ホテル ダン カールトン メデリン(Dann Carlton Medellin Hotel)

The Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous trea**ent against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

One of the nicer hotels in Medellin and near everything in the Poblado / Provenza area. Good pool and jacuzzi, but rooms and gym are very dated.

泳池可以，整體高規格，健身處有桑拿房。不過早飯一般。地理位置不錯，離酒吧一條街近，對面有星巴克和creeps y waffles

服務：前台服務態度很不好，很難與五星級酒店匹配

The room was fair, however, the toilet was outdated and it took a lot of effort to flush it, there was a towel holder mounted in front of the bathroom sink (horrible), the television was a mission to make it work even after maintenance came 3 times and then ask me to scroll thru the HDMI’s to make it work( TERRIBLE), I will give it 2 stars in general for a hotel of this category.

It’s a far cry from a five star hotel. Kind of run down with chipped paint in the bathroom. The Tony Romas was excellent. As with every hotel in this country, you always have to check your bill at check out. They try to include little things you might not notice. Then when you catch them at it they don’t immediately fix it. We spent over half an hour at checkout arguing over $5.

The staff are the most amazing helpful individuals! The rooms are great 👍 If you stay and don't get the buffet your missing out. It's one of the best I've been to ever!
