Decent hotel, more like a resort. Facilities are stricted unless you are on all inclusive deal like use of spa. Also breakfast was decent but no real fruits. Mostly canned and juices were not real juices.

Ha superado nuestras expectativas!! Hemos estado 8 días con Todo Incluido y han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas. Al hotel no le falta de nada. Excelente limpieza, excelentes instalaciones, y personal muy amable. La comida también bastante bien. Lo único que creemos que puede mejorar es la oferta de actividades de animación al público español. Se vuelcan mucho con los extranjeros y la animación española queda en un segundo plano. Si mejorase esto ya sería increíble. En cuanto al servicio de atención al cliente de Trip, darles un 10, ya que cuando llegamos el hotel nos dijeron que nuestra hija no salía en la reserva (a pesar de que la reserva estaba bien hecha) y nos hicieron pagar casi 700€ adicionales por la niña y desde el momento uno Trip ha respondido muy bien, resolviendo el problema de forma rápida y con una atención inmejorable. En menos de una semana Trip ha corrido con la totalidad de los gastos por este inconveniente y me han devuelto el 100% del importe que el hotel me hizo pagar para poder hacer el check in de mi hija. Gracias Trip!! Seguir así!

Food is vile! Buffet was inedible despite being €30pp. What we could have got for €30 each outside the hotel could have been amazing. Bars/restaraunts were empty so I'm assuming that's what others learned to do. Won't be back, too expensive for what it is.

Just returned from 10 days at Holiday Village with hubby and our 2 girls (3&4) and thought it important to write a review after reading the last few. We arrived at the hotel before check in time but were automatically given all inclusive wrist bands and given access to all facilities, food and drink before the room was available. This gave us an opportunity to put the kids In the toddler pool and have a well earned beer! Our hotel room was large, clean and well kept. Beds were made daily and all towels changed every morning. Despite being all inclusive, having a small kitchen to store cold drinks was a god send. The bedroom itself had 2 double beds plus a pull out double sofa bed in the lounge. The bathroom had 2 sinks, a bath and 2 showers which again with 2 young children was appreciated. We were in room 117 facing the road but it was still quiet. The food was plentiful, hot, replaced quickly as used and cooked well. We struggled to understand previous reviews stating lack of variety as there was always plenty of dishes hot and cold with the kids having their own selection . They could earn points if selecting fruit and veg to encourage healthy eating. There was a wide selection of hot and cold drinks with the pop being Coca Cola , sprite and fanta - all self pour. The only thing we’d suggest as an improvement would be some additional condiments ie chilli flakes to season the food to peoples own taste buds and broaden variety. We didn’t spend much time around the hotel pool as the sun beds are limited , which may be an issue to people in the summer holidays, however, the beach club is over a private bridge and is amazing! The kids loved it and the selection of pools with a view of the ocean were amazing! Tip - if taking young children the pools are cold so neoprene tops may be needed. We didn’t use the kids clubs on site as we chose not to but we did sign the girls up to swim academy and attend the evening children and family entertainment. We would highly highly recommend swimming Academy. Louise is lovely and really good at getting the kids to pay attention and learn. We had 5 sessions and really saw an improvement. At the end of the lessons each child gets a mini award ceremony and presentation during the evening entertainment where they are awarded a certificate on stage with a personal message from Louise. All of the staff at the hotel were lovely, friendly and helpful but my girls took a particular liking to Beck on the entertainment team. She deserves a medal after having balloons and dolls thrust in her face by our two and still doing her job with a smile 😀 Although the location could prove tricky for people with mobility issues there are plenty of ways to get around. Fuengirola beach is about a ten minute walk from the hotel and there are plenty of little bars where the kids can play in the sand and have Icecream on the way to the town. We have had a fantastic week here, hotel was amazing, very clean around hotel and rooms daily, super friendly staff and food was good lots of choice from hot and cold nice soups and lots of fresh bread, yes the pool was colder than we would of liked but we still had a brilliant time

I visited this hotel with my two daughters for a short break and had a great time. The main highlight was the activities for children. Mine are 9 and 11 and they thoroughly enjoyed joining in the activities that ranged from gold and archery to raft building and canoeing. There is also a mini Go Ape style climbing equipment which they loved. They don’t usually join in with the kids club activities on holidays, so the fact they did here is a big recommendation! The hotel is quite nice, perhaps a little dated. The room was very spacious, the food was good (something for all tastes) and the staff were very helpful and friendly. In all, I arrived with no expectations (I booked it without too much research) but left feeling like we’d had a really great time and glad that we chose this hotel.

I was apprehensive after reading some reviews but went to the hotel with an open mind. We arrived after 10.30pm and missed dinner but on check in were informed that food had been left in the fridge and complementary water. We got to our room and there was fruit, water, bread for the toaster and food from the buffet for us. Breakfast every day was brilliant and we had lunch a few times during the week but as we went out a few times we used the snack bar when we returned if we missed lunch. Drinks are pre made cocktails in jugs or wine and sangria on tap. I’m not a drinker so had the alcohol free options which were plentiful. The beach club across the road was a really good day out. We managed to find sun beds each day we went. The TUI representatives helped us to navigate the local busses and offered advice on places to go out of the complex if required. The rooms were cleaned every day and even if we were in, the cleaners came back around later on. The dinner buffet was plentiful and even though I have allergies, I always found something to eat. The staff were amazing and constantly cleaning and replenishing. We visited both a la carte restaurants and really enjoy these too. Daytime entertainment was geared around the children and you could participate or just chill by the pool. We didn’t participate in the evening entertainment as we were just too tired from daytime activities! We had an amazing week and would definitely return in future.

Just returned home after an amazing week here with my 2 children aged 14 and 6 and they were gutted we had to leave! The hotel is lovely, rooms lovely and spacious, very clean. The food was delicious, lots of different choices for breakfast and dinner each day and the bar area by the pool also had a lovely selection for lunch as did the beach club/water park across the road. I have to give a HUGE shout out to the entertainment team, they absolutely made the holiday for me and the boys. They are an extremely talented bunch and just an absolutely wonderful bunch of people. Callum - what a guy! My sons (and me) absolutely fell in love with him. Kept us entertained every night, had us rolling with laughter and even came to wave us off on the morning we left. Always went the extra mile and was just such a lovely human being. Miss him already! Bex, Twig, Kyle & Oliver put on the most incredible shows every evening. Each performance was out of this world and we throughly enjoyed them. Extremely talented group, spending the evening with them all is a must whilst you’re there! It was really an incredible holiday in every way, so much fun, so many activities to do at the pool etc. would 100% go back and probably for longer next time! :)
