ホテル パルマソル プエルト マリーナ(Palmasol)

The location was OK, near some of the bars etc, the hotel offers pool, gym and sauna but these are only available 10-6, so if uou arrive late and leave early you can't use them. Staff seemed a bit stuffy to be honest, but probably sick of British tourists. The breakfast was the highlight lots of options. We had a room with a view of a building site and the workman using circular saws thankfully woke me up at 9am. Not great but for this area probably priced about right.

Hola, el Hotel falto de personal, el primer día en la cama una mancha de quemadura o grasa, se la deje señalada para que la cambiarán y no la cambiaron, el tercer día entra a la hacer habitación ly no termino de hacer las camas, ni coloco todas las toallas, decir a favor de la camarera que había un sola para toda el ala del Hotel. Comida pensada para personas extranjeras y muy cortita. Patios y piscinas muy sucios. ANIMACIÓN NULA.

酒店在貝納爾瑪德納最棒的位置，距離餐飲和遊覽碼頭近在咫尺。房間乾淨舒適，碼頭有眾多餐飲和酒吧。酒店房間和衞浴都不錯。一樓的餐廳早餐豐富，是值得入住的酒店。碼頭可以乘坐遊船去看海豚🐬

The hotel is on a hill, you can go out the back of the hotel but there is a few steps to navigate. The place is clean and the rooms are nice. The meals are average, they are typical of what these types of hotels are serving to their guests now. The breakfast is probably best meal of the day. I am half board, would not come all-inclusive as the bar service is so slow no rush. I waited the other night 15 minutes to be served and there was only two people in front of me and I was paying for the drinks. So I would either come half board or self catering not worth paying the extra unless you get a good deal. Plenty of good bars and restaurants around the area and they are good value for money. The pool is not open to 10 am and closes about 18:00. If you want a good sunbed you have to que which I refuse to do. I really hate that, I can understand why they do it to stop ****** putting their towels on the sunbeds at 3 am and then going back to bed. The staff are friendly but overworked I would hate to come in July and August as I could imagine it been packed out. The building work across the road is not as bad as some of the reviews I have read. Just request a pool side room if you want to make sure you don't get disturbed in the morning. To be honest I have had no issues with noise. Nice hotel you will have a good time if you have booked here no major issues. But if I was to come back again to Costa Del Sol I would try a different hotel. The only negative thing I can say about coming here is the airport we had to que on arrival for over two and half hours to get through passport control ques were a mile long. I can see why there have been reports of people collapsing while waiting to get through passport control. July and August will be a nigh**are if they don't get that sorted quickly. If passport control is not sorted I would look to book somewhere else in Spain or Europe.

Just got home from a fantastic holiday! The staff were fantastic the rooms are great, clean, spacious with a huge wardrobe and the comfiest bed!!! Breakfast and dinner both fab with a wide selection & the food at the pool bar was delightful. The hotel is in a great location so close to the marina with loads of restaurant and shops. The beach wasn't too far to walk either!! 10/10 would reccomend, we shall be back!

Have just returned from the palmasol,we were a bit apprehensive after reading some of the negative reviews,please just ignore them,it’s one of the best hotels we have stayed,the food was amazing a fantastic choice and something for everyone,breakfast,lunch and diner,we were all inclusive and they have a system where you have a wristband with a chip in and this gets you all your drinks,let’s you into your room without the worry of card keys etc,and also you show it at the dining room on entering,the rooms are spotless,if I was going to say anything negative the bathroom is a bit small and only one shelf for your toiletries,but that’s the only negative thing,the staff,every single one of them are fantastic,they can’t do enough for you,the grounds are well maintained palm trees , grass etc,and one of the best features,the swimming pool is locked till 10 am hence stopping the usual suspects putting their towels down around 3 am and not using the sun beds till the afternoon,someone mentioned the sun beds being grubby ,well they are not,they are hosed down most mornings,and good standard, We will defiantly be returning to the palmasol some time this year,

Stayed with couples so had fun but what spoilt this trip was how small the bedrooms are. No need for two double beds. No room to put anything. Bathroom smallest ever.Food ok, you wouldn’t starve as lots of choice. A/I is 11 a.m to 11 p.m. but be prepared to queue for drinks. Pool opens at 10a.m but plenty of beds although very grubby.

Would not rate this hotel a 4* more like a 3*. Nice hotel but needs some improvements. Lacked storage space in room & bathroom, nowhere to even hang a jacket, needs more space to hang towels. Had to put toiletries on sink where everything would get wet! Bathrooms in need of some tlc, looking a bit tired. Fridge in room was tiny, had to take a shelf out to get a bottle of wine in! Nice to have a kettle but would've expected tea/coffee for a 4* hotel. There was a horrible smell of sewage coming from bathroom all week. Very noisy rooms, could hear alot of noise out in the corridor. Good choice of food although most of the hot food was either cold or lukewarm. The best thing about our stay was the balcony with a Seaview, the location was also good very close to the marina with lots of shops/restaurants.
