Nice hotel

La experiencia en este hotel ha sido buena ,la contratación con tric he de decir que por parte de la compañía ,hubo un error informático ,y contratamos para 3 personas ,con el todo incluido y una vez hecha la reserva y el pago ,nos enviaron la reserva y aparecía solo 2 personas ,habiendo pagado el mismo importe que por 3 personas ,estoy a la espera que me devuelvan el importe que yo tuve que pagar ,por mi hija en el hotel para que tuviera acceso al todo incluido ,me han dicho que me lo van a solucionar y a la espera estoy .

Went for a family holiday with 2 kids, there was 6 of us altogether. The food was horrific red chicken that we sent back, and made us unwell, especially my daughter she had tummy ache the whole week. Not much options. For food and it’s always the same things everyday Indoor pool cost 24 euros for 2 people which it should be free considering it’s all inclusive also indoor bowling 12 euros rained the whole week so it would have helped if things didn’t cost, toilet in the apartments was leaking. Also in the reception area there was towels all over the place because it was leaking from so many places, cracks in the flooring . We had to check out at 12 and was told we had to give our bands back and didn’t have access to any of the food drinks we didn’t have to leave until 6 so if we didn’t go into town we wouldn’t have eaten. It’s wrong you should be all inclusive until you leave, bands cost £75 euros but you do get that back at the end of the holiday. Staff are lovely there, but things shouldn’t cost if it’s all inclusive. We was mainly in fungorola because things cost in the hotel world resort and wasn’t fun for the kids as it’s meant to be all inclusive.

Stayed in this resort excited as it was advertised so well online for families and child friendly. Well it's definitely a beautiful hotel just a shame nothing was open to use lol. Indoor soft play area close. Aqua pool close. Indoor swimming pool extra charge and u have to pre-book for you to bring children as there is limited times during the day the kids can use it. Will defo not be coming back and definitely not worth the money.

I'm a seasoned global traveller. ******* messed up my private shuttles twice, I was travelling with young kids. I booked my own and I'm still waiting for a refund. I spent 4-hours on their chat and phone calls trying to resolve it, no solutions provided. I kept a copy of the chat also, for reference. The flight via Whizz appeared cheap, but isn't, they add £20-£25 to select a seat, normally I wouldn't care but I was travelling with kids, so needed to. Whizz also charged me £90 each way to check-in one bag, scandalous! - book a different flight company. I booked this particular hotel for the kids as it showed lots of water parks, however they were all closed!! This should have been advised in advance. There are 3 or 4 hotels within the same complex and they don't actually tell you the hotel name until you've paid - the photos looked good, which is deliberate mis-selling! I stayed at the Polynesia hotel, and the hotel itself is fine, nice architecture within, however it's facilities were also very very poor. Only one restaurant open, and although I paid for half-board they charge you for your minerals, beers and wine - one should be free min. The one tiny paddling pool is surrounded by smokers, ditto the restaurant, this is not ideal for kids. No other pool for free. It has one indoor paid pool, its £15 for each adult, £12 for each kid, for one hour, its tiny! Food was average, lacked taste, boring, we ate out, much better food locally. You need a car, it's a long way out

Nice place, we came here for the (indoor) pools. But all those are paid. What you see on the pictures is the aqua park, also this is not included in the regular room rate. Be aware for extra costs going there.

The resort is perfect for families. The staff are so helpful. I’m vegetarian and asked for an alternative on ‘seafood’ night and within minutes the chef had made me an individual dinner. Highly recommended.

Lovely themed hotel for families, I didn't enjoy a solo stay due to lots of children..no problem with that but I travel in non school time to avoid it but because the hotel is far from the centre it's got every thing for children. Food really good and plenty of choice I asked for a quiet room and they did give me this room 006 which was so peaceful but I think it was a disabled person..no shower head holder so I had to hold the shower over my head which wasn't good. Beds comfy but made a lot of noise Pool area was nice plenty of sunbeds but nit good condition very uncomfortable which left me with a bad back. There were pockets of rowdy groups of men that were not controlled by the hotel alot of swearing around children, embarrassing because they were Scottish and British. Room cleaned daily. A long walk to the beach and hotel on a hill..I caught a bus into town 1.60 euros which was great, had a taxi coming back 15 euros which is very expensive so I didn't do that again. Restaurant in the hotel but nothing near by to have a change of scenery. Sadly wouldn't stay again but some nice features for families.

Great place for family’s. However dinner times and kids evening kids events started too late.
