Very nicely maintained hotels and the hose keeping are the friendliest i have ever seen The facilities are also top notch like swimming pools The views from the hotel is just amazing overlooking the itpl park Cons: The food is more inclined towards foreign crowd for indians its not that great average atleast the vegetarian section

It was really a great experience. Staffs are so professional and supportive. Specially, Amit Mehra, ***ish kumar and Vijay Kumar, thank you for your excellence work. Food was too good and with lots of varieties.

I have not been to India before, but this hotel was one highlight of the trip! I had a standard corner room, and it was elegant. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, but US visitors will find that much of the food is exotic. There are custom options like waffles or omelets, but you will need to request them. I've noticed that ***y Indian buildings feature a lot of security, the Den included. My housekeeping staff member, Tok Shah, was EXCELLENT. He even set out my toiletries when he tidied up! My primary complaint is that when I called to have housekeeping come, they never sent someone up when they said they would. Since I was working at nights, I needed housekeeping first thing in the morning or late in the evening. I was asleep when they normally clean rooms. So I would call at 8am, then call again, then sometimes call again, before someone came up. If they said someone would be there in 5-10 minutes, it was really 30 minutes. Waiting for them meant I couldn't get to sleep sooner. For most people, this will not be a problem. To end on a positive note: the bathroom area is open-concept with a two sliding walls if you want privacy. Pretty cool!

The pillows are the fluffiest i have ever felt in the room. Raj who did the cleaning services in my room 1107 was very well done Also wanted to mentioned that pujan at reception is very proactive and professional at her work, I heard from my colleague the den is the best and it is Do visit once again soon.

To ***agment at the Den I would like sent my sincere thanks to all staff. Greeting myself and my staff members everyday. Food served was always on point and what we asked we always received. The hotel is very good in all aspects, very confortable room, the gym and swimingpool are small but good enough, the buffet is excellent with ***y choises, the staff is kind and attentive, I would recomend a few but specialy Mr. Animesh from laundry service. Hope to stay here next time.

The spread for vegetarian food can be increased bit more compare to non veg options. Overall, nice ambience and hospitality. Mr. chiranjib helped us with good service.

I visited the restaurant for Sunday Brunch and was really impressed with the range of food options, which were all great quality. There was also live cooking stations, where you could create your own bespoke dishes. The choice of food was really good. There was a live band playing whilst I was there and that added to the ambiance and made it a good atmosphere, they were also occasionally joined by a singer. Shubhm and Chiranjit were attentive and on hand to ensure I had everything I needed (and refill drinks which were unlimited during the brunch). They were both warm and welcoming and have provided great service whenever I’ve eaten in the restaurant. I would definitely recommend the Sunday Brunch here and the whole team were outstanding.
