整體感覺相當不錯（反應在價格上），離步行街很近，周邊商店及餐廳選擇很多。但是SPA價格貴的嚇人。

Very friendly staff and accomodative hotel with excellent breakfast and clean swimming pool

I have stayed here several times over the years and remember it as a lovely calm, quiet hotel with great staff. The staff are still lovely but the place is not. Due to requesting a change, I was shown a variety of rooms before settling on the least bad (let me emphasize that none of them were what I would call 'good') 4th floor street facing - room 415. When the music from the Communiti bar next door kicked in later I realized I had made the wrong choice but was too tired to do anything about it. The street noise and the bar noise were both very loud in the room and the double glazing just wasn't effective. In hindsight, I probably should have gone with the 2nd floor pool view room –the incredibly loud hammering and drilling from the renovation in the room next door would at least have stopped at 6pm and would have had a day off on Sunday. The two rooms I was shown that faced west both had a terrible smell of damp. This is slightly worrying as at least one of them had been recently renovated. Coming back to Room 415... it's not one of the 'new' rooms so there is still old stained carpet (photo) and slightly worryingly piles of some mysterious white powder in the corners of the bathroom (see photo) – I didn’t even want to ask what it was … The dehumidifier in the corridor of the 4th floor (see photo) had the tank full of water for the 48 hours I was there, therefore was not operational ... In any case, a dehumidifier of that size would not be very effective in such a large space. The front desk had said they'd be in touch if another pool view room became available but when I asked the next day the wo*** on duty didn't seem to know what I was talking about. Plus points: the Indian food in the restaurant was good and, as above, the staff are lovely. They deserve better. Overall, it seems to me to show a lack of respect to the guests – and to the staff – to be persisting in renting out these substandard rooms. And I was very surprised to find a hotel under the Taj umbrella offering this level of suboptimal experience. I had really wanted to write a nice review… and to spend a nice couple of nights somewhere which has very good memories for me before heading home. But it wasn’t to be.

Very easy access to city centre shopping popular sights seeing closure by. Great hospitality at front desk pool restaurant Gym Spa etc. Food is yammy & tasty Gym instructor with whom we did workout on 3 days was so pleasant and experienced. We loved upper floor views excellent on both sides pool & city Sumptuous food on each day breakfast & in room dining is memorable.Very speck and clean house keeping.

We stayed here for an event. Rooms comfortable and staff courteous. The food was amazing and best part?? When they heard us talk in Tamil, chef came and asked if we would like some curd rice.. truly amazing.. loved it. That's the true Tajness feeling..

I visited with my wife and stayed for 3 nights. Hotel Clean and hygienic . Pleasant ambiance, courteous staff and tasty food. Celebrated wife’s Birthday with local family members and enjoyed lot. Birthday cake was complimentary.. Overall experience excellent

Went to attend friends daughter marriage on 4th April. Stayed at this beautiful property. In the heart of Bengaluru. Check in n check out was smooth. They even allowed but late check out by 90 minutes too as per request. Room size was adequate. Bathroom size could have been better. Have opted for MAP plan. They offered DTH menu which was very good n tasty. Breakfast spread next day morning was nice. Whole team at F & B takes care of you. All in all enjoyed my short stay. Scope of improvement - there is 20% discount for Tata Neu members till 31.05.24. but unfortunately F & B team was not aware of it. Even how to incorporate discount in their system need to be taught. Secondly welcome drink would have been great since it was hot outside. Thanks team Vivanta

I really liked the food except one thing I felt the bread was a bit hard but ther than that it was really tasty. I also wanted to thank these people as they really made my stay here very nice : Sudip,Uday and Nishanth from the kitchen staff and Sonali maam for treating me to chocolates when we first came here. My parents and I enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back again.
