Great location for access to the old town. Very modern & clean hotel with excellent sea & town views. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Good service. Would definitely stay again.

We absolutely love our stay at Barcelo Benidorm Beach! We have a Superior Side View room which is a decent size with a corner balcony. The bed is huge and so comfortable, the room has a very low noise level when the balcony door is closed, you hardly hear a peep. Breakfast is plentiful, something for everyone with a pleasant dining area. The rooftop pool is very nice with plenty of sunloungers, big sofas with comfortable seating and a few bali beds, it's a bit windy but still lovely for sunbathing or taking a dip. On the whole the staff are pleasant and helpful, I'd definitely recommend staying here, we'll be back for sure.

There s just a few things that I am disappointed with after staying at other Barcelo hotels. I booked a superior sea view room as that was all that was left due to having to change last minute the room is small and no draws. When we arrived in the room it was so hot as any conditioning was off it took a long time for room to cool down and when we went out for the evening even though we left card in it had turned off so room was so hot again difficult to sleep. We booked half board and I understand that drinks are not included with dinner they could provide water free of charge as at breakfast there is so much choice of drinks including juice smoothies and coffee which you can have as much as you like. My major problem is that you can’t go to roof top pool until 10 o’clock which seems a bit late it should be 9. The lifts as previously stated are a nightmare seem to have a mind of their own. Food is good although on second night had a pork chop from show cooking and it was raw in the middle I did complain but no apology so bit wary of having anything else from there as I am still staying here. It’s in a good location as not too far to walk to the ***** but it is a pain being dropped off away from hotel and having to walk to find it I feel that either the hotel or travel company should put on some sort of transfer to pick you up from drop off and take you to hotel.

Second time staying at a Barcelo hotel and it never disappoints - location, food and service are all great

This hotel is in the best location, right on the beach. Breakfasts are great, rooms are good with comfortable beds, and the rooftop pool and bar are enjoyable.

Wonderful stay! This is our second visit to Barcelo Beach Benidorm The Hotel is perfect for the summer, in front of the beach, perfect location efficient and fast staff in Reception, Special mention to Karina, she was so professional and helpful. This is one of the best hotels in Benidorm!

We stayed for a week in may 2024 in this lovely hotel We did have a seaview suite which was expensive but the views of levante beach and the promenade were spectacular, the beach is less than one minute walk from the hotel and so you can get good position sunbeds facing the ocean and the old town is one minute away, the hotel is extremely clean and the food is above excellent The staff are very professional and a special thanks to sergio the happy smiling waiter , the lovely little lady who cooks the fresh eggs and the main (kebab king ) chef from valencia and pedro the general manager and all the cleaners We often had lunch on the ground floor terrace with a very unique menu at affordable prices ( the carribean ribs and saffron chicken are amazing ) 4 euro for a good quality glass of wine There’s also a really nice roof terrace and bar with a very small plunge pool Theres a brand new basement gym with a/c and music I will most certainly stay at this hotel again

Really impressed with this hotel. We have just come back today from a Monday - Friday trip. We had a room with ‘no view’ which was fine as we hadn’t paid extra for a view and we still had a balcony, the room was really spacious and the bed was huge! The pool area was brilliant, really clean, reasonably priced and the bar staff were great. Cocktails and food were lovely and all reasonably priced. We stayed up there all day everyday and put most it on the room and we were pleasantly surprised by end cost. They also had a DJ on Thursday afternoon and a guitarist on weds evening up there. We never had any issue getting a bed although, over a high season weekend that might be different. Location and breakfast also brilliant. WiFi isn’t great and lifts have a mind of their own but didn’t affect it being an overall fantastic stay.

A brilliant hotel and a fantastic location right on the front. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. One of our party had a birthday whilst staying and a bottle of bubbly and cake was sent to their room, a lovely personal touch which you don’t get at many hotels. Breakfast was good with a huge variety of fresh food. I would certainly return to the Barceló again.
