"I have just returned with a friend from a 4 night stay at this fabulous hotel, I just cannot understand some of the bad reviews, we just couldn't fault it. We went for a Level room which was huge with a seating area, large bedroom area with extremely comfy twin beds. There was also a walk in wardrobe and the bathroom was lovely with a separate shower, bath and double sinks and good quality Rituals toiletries and clean towels every day. The room was spotless. We had an amazing view across the golf course and across to the sea and Benidorm in the distance. Food was lovely with freshly cooked fish and meats as well as other dishes and plenty of salads etc. The food could have been hotter at times but it didn't stop us enjoying it and it was so nice to be able to eat breakfast outside overlooking the pool. Drinks were reasonably priced too. The Level pool was heated which was good and the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge were very good. All in all a fabulous break, highly recommended."

"We just spent 5 days at the Grand Luxor resort and village, what a hidden gem. We stayed in one of the two bed villas, it was beautifully peaceful and quiet, amazing views from the upstairs balcony overlooking the towns skyline which was only a 10 minute taxi ride. It was immaculately clean, and had everything we needed in the kitchen, free high speed wi-fi, 3 TVs in the villa all with UK channels. Air conditioning, A helpful and friendly housekeeping team that could not do enough for you. We had our own small pool that was cleaned daily, perfect to cool off.. there were also 5 other lovely pools on the villa complex. The hotel resort and grounds were very well kept, again very clean with two large pool areas, the hotel was modern and finished to a high standard and always smelt lovely. A vast selection for breakfast so something for everyone. The villa was perfect for us, before the start of the season, so peaceful and quiet just what we wanted. The hotel would be ideal for children and families as it has so many facilities and so close to Terra Mitica with free tickets into the theme park. We will definitely be going back."

"Just spent four days here celebrating my birthday with my wife and meeting up with some friends. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed with all that we needed for our stay. The sun hit our balcony as well which was great for chilling out on. Special mention to Inigo who could not have been more helpful and friendly during our stay. The housekeeping was superb as well. Location wise Hostal Anna was perfect for us and we will definitely be returning."

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"I'm here at the moment, April 24th for 3 nights. I went to bed at 11.45 and as I write this it's 4 07 in the morning and it's roasting in this room. I've had to open the freezer door out of desperation for some kind of respite. It's the second night without air conditioning, which I've paid for, and is very important to me. All they say at reception is that they are changing from winter to summer That's all very well but I had no sleep the first night, no sleep last night and 100% no sleep tonight, no good to me. This place is ok, 2/3 stars when you look around. Rooms have enough space, clean, a stocked kitchenette and a hairdryer and a good shower in the bathroom where unfortunately, the rail falls off as it is not fixed. Can't say bad words about the staff as they do a good job. The venue room is ok for bingo and the like but too light and certainly basic. The pool is a good size and it's best feature and I wished I was in it now to get cool Too far from anywhere so if you have mobility issues it's a definite 6 or 7 minute taxi ride to the start of the old town"

"We stayed on the 18th floor the view was outstanding reading reviews before we left made me think what the hell had I booked but on arrival the staff was amazing we arrived at 2am and check in was fast the lovely man on the dest that night went into storage and got bucket and spades for my younger boys to play with on the beach the next morning.i normally have terrible sleep unless I'm in my own bed but I had lovely sleep the whole week the pool was amazing for cooling down after a walk into old town or to the beach all staff were lovely and helpful only down fall was no Aircon but fans were provided in the room we can't wait to go back in October as the apartment is in the perfect location for amazing restaurants and not too far to old town where our family live"

"The receptionist was very friendly, our room was very spacious ! The bathroom had a walk-in shower and a bath tub, large basin, and separated toilet and bidet. Breakfast selection was excellent. Everything you could want. The location was great for us, because it is close to the Benidorm Palace, where we were going, but if you were going for the beach, it may be a bit far. 4 elevators was ample We didn't use the Spa facilities, or the pool, so I can't comment on those. ."

"Good points: Clean and resort-like hotel room, 5-minute walk to the ocean, trendy bathroom, free use of auxiliary facilities (table tennis, swimming pool), breakfast/dinner included, but there was a lot of food, so I was satisfied. Shampoo and body wash are provided, and there is a terrace, so it is good to sit there and relax. Inconvenient points: It is far from the old town (20-30 minutes on foot), there are many pubs around that play loud music, so it is noisy at night, and the springs of the bed felt so hard that it was very uncomfortable to sleep. It is a 4-star hotel, but there are no amenities such as toothpaste or toothbrush."

"Good size apartments with everything you need for your stay while self catering. The hotel had regular shuttle runs to avoid the 10 min walk up or down the hill. There is a super market within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. If you want to try uncle Ron’s bar which sells good food and €1 for a beer or a glass of wine (best wine in Benidorm) it is about a five minute walk away from the apartments. I would definitely book this apartment again a really good price and good standard apartment."

"Visiting family in Spain and we always stay at Hotel Benidorm Centre, great value for money, great location on the doorstep of the old town and most importantly the staff are second to none. Special shout out to Cristina and Ali for the fun and work ethic but all the staff deserve special praise from reception to the cleaners. The only gripe i have is the new Seven Seas bar set up, the entrance really needs to be back on the corner of the bar facing the 4 way junction. The bar looks to enclosed in and more like a private bar. Ali spent quite a bit of time trying to get people in although it was busy for the Champions league final. I have included an actual pic of the new bar and an AI pic showing how it should be! Great friendly hotel and returning!"
