マジック アクア ロック ガーデンズ(Magic Aqua Rock Gardens)

Came as a family of 4 ( 2boys aged 8 & 12) last minute booking in October school holidays. Wish I read reviews before! We go to Benidorm twice a year but would never return to this hotel. The location is perfect (2 minutes to Levante beach) but that was the only perk. We upgraded to ultra inclusive which gave us a day out the water park - and a day out at sister hotels, but it wasn’t worth the extra.. we could have saved a lot if we booked tickets online. Our transfer dropped us off at McDonald’s which meant dragging cases up a steep hill..we didn’t mind it too much but not ideal for older people or pushchairs etc. The hotel was like a maze - takes a good few days to get used to it. Food was ok, we always found something but by the end of the week it was really repetitive. We ate out the last 2 days. My kids prefer pool snacks. All inclusive drinks were bang average, could drink all day and not make a difference. Bar was always running out of cocktail ingredients. We had to purchase 4 plastic tumblers to reuse around the pool. I get the idea - saves plastic cups dumped all around the pool, but they should have wrist bands instead of showing key cards everytime you want a beverage. The pool didn’t open till 10am, and by 1pm we found we had to go to the beach every day as the sun would disappear behind surrounding buildings. So if like me you’re a bit of a sun worshiper I would not recommend coming here. Also no balcony unless your a family of 5 and they’re is only a limited amount of rooms with balcony’s. The slides are quite dangerous as well by the way - my kids had fun but there was 1 big slide they went on once and both banged the back of their heads. They avoided it the rest of the week. The entertainment staff were great with all the kids.. foam party was great - some of the night shows though were cringy but it’s free entertainment. Perfect spot for being right next to the beach like I said but if you’re planning on spending a week or even a full day by the pool it’s not great.

Best entertainment team for children to go to the kids club and Best entertainment in the evening if have any issues in your they get them sorted while you are out and they work hard they got good options food rooms are always gets cleaned when you're are out

Great hotel, great activities for young kids, Sandra in the kids club was great with children . All inclusive was great and food lovely, no shortage off food or drinks, will be back

Very sceptical when reading the reviews before jetting off to benidorm however very happy to report, all 7 in our group found this hotel to be just up our street! Ages 10-40. Hotel so beautiful, bed extremely comfortable, bathroom large, enough floor space. Pool/ water park fabulous, large pool can be shaded as not much sun gets in. Plenty loungers however as mentioned not all have sun at the same time. Roof top beds and bar chill out and for adults only ( seen well behaved children were up there on few occasions) drinks great, good choice do need plastic cup that you purchase on arrival- refunded on check out. Not needed on evening as glasses used in all bars. Entertainment for kids just outstanding day/night. Adults had a blast too. The Entertainment staff are the best. Rooms cleaned daily! Now the reason 1 star down is the food/layout. Food available always as snack bar on when buffet not so that's food/ drink available from 8-midnight, breakfast is the only sitting that was delicious the rest same thing as previous days. Hotel is a bit all over, need to get in lift to get to certain floors , reception and roof top etc and Hotel positioned at top of steep hill therefore I can see why people with small children are disabilities may not rate the Hotel. All in all see you again soon Aquarock close to beach and ***** everything on your doorstep.

Hotel is amazing. Massive thanks to prisilla and the rest of the entertainment team. My youngest had so much fun. Nothing was too much trouble for the mini club staff

Keeping it short and snappy: Location - good - 5 mins to the beach Drinks quality and brands - good, all brand names Food - only tried breakfast once, not my preference although friends reported the lunch and evening meal were nicer. Rooms - very clean Board options - see attached image Anything to change - echoing others the lifts are AWFUL - either out of order, in order but didnt work or working but take an eternity. Overall - 3.75/5, but would come again.

Lovely hotel with a lovely family experience . I loved the activities for the children and the evening entertainment also. Chema was amazing with my son

Overall it was a lovely stay. There a lot of improvements that could be made regarding times of the bars closing etc. the rooms are quite small but it didn’t effect our stay at all. Cobal and Chema made our stay amazing! Best team members there.

Chema was very friendly, amazing with the kids, amazing host , made the holiday experience so fun , will definitely return; this guy is amazing
