So I stayed here with my partner for 7 days from the end of may to June. This is our honest opinion and review of the hotel. THE ROOMS. our room was okay, but when we walked in, we had twin beds. Now for a couples holiday we figured this would be a problem, not only because the beds were on wheels but because when we put the spare duvet in the middle to cover the crack the bed will slide away, the floors were extremely dirty giving us black feet. Had to wear flipflops for 99% of our stay, Even in the shower, as their was a strange smell of sewage, Will upload photos to show our floor also. We were given 2 towels per day, these towels are paper thin. We struggled to physically dry ourselves because of the bad quality towels. The railing outside on the balcony was crumbling and you can just see something bad is waiting to happen, especially when we was 8 floors up. Our AC was on luckily, but from speaking to others staying during our week, the hotel had manually turned their ac off, no idea why, as it was 30C Heat. Also, the cleaners work incredibly hard and they are so polite, THE FOOD. now when you book a 4 star all inclusive you expect good food right? WRONG. food was awful, mostly leftovers too. Any all inclusive I've been to before, you could walk in and take snacks and what not for when you need one, not at the flamingo. Everything is set times, and if they see you in there during a time that is not set they are rude and start shouting telling you to leave. Left a bad taste in my mouth after that. There is a buffet of food of a few main meals. But that's it. THE POOLS. Now this was the best part of our holiday, these pools are brilliant, this is the only good thing that this hotel has going for it. There are 3 pools, 2 main ones and then one you have to open with a key card, this pool is the most relaxing and the best out of the three. ENTERTAINMENT if your like me and your in your early 30s you'd expect something abit more upbeat and lively. NOPE. not at the flamingo, it was a retirement village. Every single entertainment act we saw was absolutely boring. This hotel is a retirement resort. Talking about the 60s, playing bingo and magic tricks. Not what I want to be doing on holiday.... In conclusion this hotel is NOT a 4 star. I'd say it's edging 3 stars just for the pools alone. Won't be coming back, wasn't for us. If your in your 60s though, this hotel is probably perfect for you but as a early 30s couple. We found is extremely boring and a waste of money.

We have been to Benidorm before but our 16 year old daughter wanted to come so we looked for a hotel room which had enough space for 3 adults and this did and it was only 5 nights Pros The room was spacious and we did not feel on top of each other had room 604 could See a little glimpse of the see through the high rises in front. Room clean but bathroom could have been cleaner and was really small compared to the room not sure why they don’t take out the kitchenette as a waste of space but fridge freezer was good but only if the cleaner left the key in slot for electricity…… Food something to eat each day but very limited snacks during day Drinks - I understand it is local product but g they were vile so went and brought spirits from shop All of the staff really good and very helpful Cons For us to far to the beach and old town we did catch taxi back several times and was only 6 euros

Arrived late,so hotel was quiet. Was given room 103 and my Sister 105.I had e-mailed the hotel and explained my husband was in a wheel chair and a Disabled room would be great. What a mistake this was, room was above the Bar and Stage,the noise went on till midnight.Could not move hotel full.Thank goodness the outside Stage was not open (yet) that would have been hell. Food was nice,drinks very weak. Would we stay there again, No

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Very relaxed atmosphere. Could just chill. Abit of a walk to front. But not dear in a taxi. Food great although deserts lack abit. Rooms very nice and balconies. 3 pools. Would recommed. Definately worth paying that bit extra if you wanting a nice relaxing break. Entertainment is good. The layout of the hotel is just great. Staff are friendly.

Everything is beautiful at the Flamingo Beach Resort. The staff work incredibly hard. Shout out to the wonderful restaurant manager Moncho, assisted by Raquel, Gilberto and the rest of the team. We stayed at flamingo beach resort last year and enjoyed it so much we are going again on the 28 may 2024, staying in a premium suite this time as it is my wife’s birthday. So looking forward to it! Looking forward to seeing all the staff again. The hotel is perfectly located for us a gentle ten minute stroll to the centre and beach.

This was a girls trip (3 women) for 5 nights. We stayed in room 601 which was a one bedroom suite. First impressions were fine but as the holiday went on we realised the hotel was lacking. Check in was smooth and our room was ready, early so that was a winner. Two beds in the bedroom area and one double sofa bed. Beds were comfy, sheets were changed once during our stay and room cleaned and new towels every day. I cannot fault the cleaning staff however a sewer smell invaded our bathroom several times during our stay. The bathroom is a little tight with the toilet right up against the shower screen, if you’re a bigger person this would be an issue. There is a safe which you pay for (along with a refundable deposit). This wasn’t offered at check in and we had to go back down to sort this. I also noted that there is cava and glasses at reception, presumably for people checking in. We were never offered this either. There are three pools, two out at -1 floor and one to the left of the front door. You need your keycard for this one. The one at the front is much quieter and we preferred this. Don’t sit near a speaker if you use the other two pools, it’s very loud. It’s also much busier and you feel crowded. There’s no bar at the front door pool but there is a beer and soft drink fountain. The water didn’t work here and there’s no wine tap either. The food was…ok. Not bad but also nothing to write home about. The biggest issue was the air con. Despite visiting mid may which Jet2 advise the air con should be on (1 May but subject to temperature), it wasn’t on. I thought it wasn’t working and asked reception who advise it doesn’t get switch on until “summer”. I asked when was that and she said 1 June. I explained it was very hot but she said management won’t switch it on. As the nights went on it became unbearably hot to the point I couldn’t sleep. Three girls sharing a room with hairdryers etc didn’t help. Beware if this would be an issue for you. There’s is a small kitchen, fridge and freezer but no cutler or crockery except three cups with spoons. We did bring freezer bags so had ice and could put wine in the fridge. There are coffee machines around the hotel if you like coffee also. Bar cocktails were nice having tried a couple. We used the rooftop bar once but felt the all inclusive cocktails were actually nicer. The rooftop bar was 5euros. There’s a nice view but not much more. All in all we won’t be back sadly but if you’re looking for something decent close to the nightlife and don’t mind the heat in the room, this is for you.

We booked a week through our travel agent as we had never stayed in benidorm before and wanted an adults only break away. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Lili on reception who made us feel so welcome, any questions we had were soon answered and she ordered our tickets for us for the V.I.P at benidorm palace another place to be highly recommended. The hotel room was clean and roomy with a nice balcony view of the sea and swimming pools, the housekeeping was superb service every day go out and come back and the room was just as it was when we arrived. The food in the restaurant was amazing with so much choice and so well presented, not to mention the quality of the food being first class. The waiting staff all very efficient and friendly a credit to the hotel. Now we come to the bar staff these guys were fantastic especially Georgi she never forgot what I drank or my wife not to mention all the other guests drinks that's some memory, she was also entertaing keeping the spirit alive dancing while collecting glasses but always super efficient and always courteous. Sandra the animation team was fun organising bingo and poolside games not yo mention karaoke and disco, each evening there was something going on never a dull moment. I honestly can't recommend this hotel enough we have already planned our next 2 trips to here and look forward to our return next year
