Wow!!! Stayed here with family for a week, we had 2 bed apartment and a studio. We checked in, the man on reception was so friendly and helpful we couldn’t have asked for a better welcome. The apartments are so spacious and have everything you could possibly need. The view from the balconies is spectacular. Throughout our stay Melissa & Mia were so helpful and friendly. The staff here really are such a credit to this business. We have visited Benidorm every year for years and this is by far the best place that we’ve stayed and will be booking again for our next visit.

Good location - basic but better than some in Benidorm - sea view room was lovely with a sun trap balcony

stayed at the atlantida for xmas and new year,been staying here for a few years now,cant fault it,apartment big enough for 2 people,we always eat out but there is everything there for you if you wish to cook,clean towels every 3 days,balcony is to die for,in the afternoon you get the full force of the sun ,absolute sun trap,you have the fresh restrurant right underneath you,the food is brilliant.easy walking distance to the old town centre and beach sraight across from your apartment,have booked for next xmas and new year already as it is always booked up very quickly,would not stay anywhere else in the old town,cant wait for the next stay

Easy to find and very convenient. Apartment is very basic. Sleeps 7 on single beds. No frills but everything you need and all worth it for such a stunning view.

Lovely Apartments basic but clean. Ideal situation few mins walk to old town. Plenty of bars, resteraunts etc.

Very basic rooms but with stunning views, right on the seafront in the Old Town. Secure entrance system & lovely friendly staff who were there 10-6 daily. Bathroom & kitchen looked a bit tired & in need of a freshen up. The patio doors didn’t lock but it appeared that no one’s did. Ample bedding, hairdryer, aircon all good.

Great apartments in best location. Staff lovely and friendly and loved that the room was ready early and we were able to check in when we arrived.

Have been coming here twice per year for past 4 years. Really enjoyed my stayed, until this year !!!!! Generally check in was 3pm, now 5pm, so we waited 3 hrs to check on. Normally cancellation was one day before arrival. Now one week before arrival - normally I would pay on arrival now they take the money from your credit card one week in advance. Apartments are shabby, waited 3 days for Maintenance to repair balcony door. Waited 3 hours to get replacement towels !! New company taken over apparently but the staff really don’t care about their guests. So sad cos it use to be such a nice place to stay. Would not stay again.

I stayed here before the second covid lockdown, and thought I would stay again now that it's under new management, so start of January having found a good deal with easyjet for air fares I arrived 8th January, I am disabled so was pleased at arriving without a hitch and not much of a wait with beniconnect, i expected to have to wait for my room since I was 4 hours early, but the young girl on reception was great ,and informed me I could go to the apartment as it was ready, I had a studio apartment, so at the end of the corridor on the 4th of 6 floors, you get a side balcony looking onto poniente beach and to the coast line,go through the outside door to the second balcony and you will found a patio table and two chairs ,also due to backing onto a side street all doors are secured with lock's, there are two single beds ,a galley style kitchen which has a calor gas hob with 4 rings, a microwave and a kettle, with crockery and utensils, the bathroom has a walk in shower and a toilet, there's plenty of bath and hand towles, there is a bar/restaurant below the atlantida, and is great for meals and drinks, as is the restaurant 2 mins further up the beach, the old town is great and recently had the promenade refurbished ,with added seating and exercise area with public toilets provided, so the friends atlantida is a great place to stay and is only a couple of minutes from the old town and the now famous Ray's 1 chip shop, everywhere is disabled friendly, I am ambulant disabled, but there were plenty of scooters being charged, I will be rebooking for September/October
