This hotel is situated above the coach station at the top of Benidorm, but don't let that put you off! It's exceptionally quiet, and has amazing views. Due to the shape of the building, some end rooms are quirky but spacious, the large windows give you fantastic views of either Benidorm or the mountains. At night it's deadly quiet. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Double Bed is a little small, ask for twin beds if you want more bed space. Pillows are also a little flat, typical to Europe. Bathrooms have a bath with shower over and toiletries are provided. Rooms have aircon, TV but no tea or coffee facilities. The cafe downstairs is open from 9am and does great coffee and snacks. There is a buffet restaurant but we didn't use it. There is a small gym and outdoor swimming pool on the first floor, perfect sunbathing area! Free underground car parking opposite the hotel or lots of off road spaces beside the hotel. Friendly staff on reception too!

Myself and wife travelled to the Princesa last week, our checkin was very quick and we were allowed access to our room a few hours early. Immediately the friendliness of the staff was evident they genuinely couldn't do enough for us. The food was off a high standard with excellent vegetarian options everything served was very hot. The entertainment was very enjoyable and suitable for all age groups. The sun terrace was really beautiful a lovely place to relax and have a drink. The Hotel is a 10 min walk to the old town and the Beach. In summary we would 💯 go back to the RH Princesa and would say it lives up to its 4* Status Paul & Mandy Northern Ireland

Great location beach very close by lots of bars & restaurants The check in was very smooth & our room & bathroom was spotless during our stay we hired a safe & kettle There is plenty choice at breakfast time & chef is making omelettes & frying eggs to order , went down twice for evening meal lots to pick from ( maybe not the hottest ) but that could just be me There was music every night in the bar area which was alway busy The hotel staff were all lovely & helpful We were lucky enough to stay over new year & was treated to a fantastic evening the management & staff worked so hard making it such a special night Many thanks to all

Buena relación calidad-precio, destacar la amabilidad y simpatía del personal, buena zona aunque un poco difícil aparcar. Las camas muy buenas pero se oía un ruido de las chapas del techo de la terraza tanto en mi habitación como en la de mis padres. La comida muy buena aunque las bebidas no están incluidas ni siquiera el agua.

Loved this hotel, prefect location for our 5 night getaway. Great clean hotel with lovely staff would definitely return !

We are just back from a five nights stay in this hotel. We read the reviews before we went and where a bit scared of what we were going to get but it’s exactly what you pay for. It was a great hotel right in the centre the guys on the front desk were the most helpful people, cleaner were in every morning to clean the rooms, we asked for an extra pillow in the morning and by the time we came back at night it was on the bed waiting for us. It was a basic hotel so if you’re looking for a four or five star hotel you are not going to like this, but if your looking for something that’s right in the centre right beside everything, I would highly recommend

まず第一に、スタッフはとても親切で、あなたと一緒にいて本当に速く、彼らは良い設備を持っていますが、彼らはどのように割り当てられているかは少し奇妙です。今、品質と価格の関係のために、4つ星ホテルになるために、部屋ははっきりしていません、私たちは部屋ではありませんが、最初は人は彼らが特に洗っていないことを発見しました。ゲストは通路を走り、寝たり、寝たり、直接寝たりします。場所はとても良く、起きるのに近く、良い場合は約4つ星になりますが、私にとっては価値がありません。

Los apartamentos están muy bien,la limpieza regular. Cocina equipada con lo justito,la verdad pudimos apañarmos.Dos camas de 90 unidas hacían de cama de matrimonio.Estubimos en piso 13 y las vistas espectaculares,lo que más me gustó fue la terraza,con barandilla de cristal.La ubicación está bien,fuera del bullicio,pero cerca de todo.En una colina,vistas a ella , la ciudad y el Mar. Puedes hacer uso de las instalaciones y actividades del hotel que hay a la vuelta de la esquina.Piscina climatizada,sauna gimnasio,animación.Los recepcionistas muy amables,nos solucionaron un problema con la reserva. Si vienes en verano ,los apartamentos tienen piscinas abajo con zona de solarium.En general está muy bien. El edificio llega a la planta 33,se ve desde cualquier punto de Benidorm,muy alto.Hayaquinas expendedoras con agua y comida.
