The 15th july me and two friends were supossed to spend a night in the hotel. We had booked it through logitravel and we had our receipt. When we got there at around 15,30, after showing our receipt to the woman in the reception she said that we werent in their system and that we couldn´t spend a night there. In order to justify it to logitravel we asked her to send us an email stating that: that we werent in their system. She denied it, din´t give us any solution and said "it is not my problem". At last logitravel solved it for us and we spent the night in other hotel but the rudeless way she treated us is unaceptable. We don´t even know if it was a kind of scam because in our receipt it said clearly that we had paid and we were staying in the hotel. What is the problem to say that we are not in the system in writting?
