"The place is beautiful; the food is bad same food every day sometimes they will tell you that the dish you want is finished. Rooms have two big beds as if you are sharing with family, kindly have family rooms and individual rooms. I think the settings in the rooms is ideal for school trips rather than business or solo trip"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property and staff are incredible. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our anniversary then Africa Paradise. They went above and beyond to make our experience incredible! Our romantic picnic, romantic dinner and floating breakfast where just amazing experiences. We miss the place already and very much look forward to going back."

"全体的に良い経験。それをお勧めします。スタッフはフレンドリーで、宿泊施設はよく世話をされました。建設は行われていましたが、誰もが気づくように看板が掲示されたので面倒くさいことはありませんでした。工事騒音もオフィス時間内にしか存在しなかった。"

"I have been in and out of this hotel for years. They have just revamped the place and it looks amazing. Their staff always been kind. Anything I need there are ready and willing to help. They have awesome food. There swimming pool and the hotel atmosphere is out of this world especially during there marvelous parties. The vibe is the best. "I stayed at the Kopanong Hotel over the past weekend while attending the SAMLA Conference, and it was an excellent experience. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, offering a peaceful environment that was perfect for both rest and reflection after full conference days. The food was outstanding, with generous buffet options and great attention to detail in presentation. The conference facilities were well organised, with a calm, professional atmosphere throughout. It was a pleasure to stay in a venue that truly understands the needs of professional delegates. Overall, Kopanong provided the ideal blend of hospitality, comfort, and efficiency. "なんて悪夢のような場所なのでしょう!!! 4つ星ではありません。かろうじて2つ星に迫るくらいで、寛大な評価です。到着すると、水が流れるトイレのある部屋にチェックインさせられました。スタッフは到着するとまるで私たちが迷惑であるかのように扱い、目を合わせることも、手助けすることも一切ありませんでした。女性は最初、「内側から鍵をかけられます」と言って、鍵のない部屋に泊まらせようとしました。(そして、私たちが出るときにはそれがどのように機能するのでしょうか…?) トイレの騒音のため、最終的には部屋を移動しなければなりませんでしたが(彼女は鍵を見つけました)、完全に壊れていて大きな危険だったタイルの上で、私は危うくひどい転倒をするところでした。新しい部屋にはタオルが1枚しかありません。スタッフは頼んでも2枚目をくれなかったので、タオルを手に入れるためだけに、鍵のかかっていない古い部屋に戻ってバスルームを襲わなければなりませんでした。(その部屋にもタオルは1枚しかありませんでした)。岩のように硬いベッド。凍るような冷水と熱湯が吹き付けるシャワー。フェイスタオルやティッシュはありません。部屋はレイアウトがひどく、かさばる過剰な家具のせいで動き回るのがとても不便。バスルームにはアリがいたるところにいる。冷蔵庫は壊れていて、何かが死んだようなひどい臭いがする。コンセントは機能していない。しかし、それらはすべて迷惑な部類に入るだろう。これを悪夢にしたのは、文字通りスタッフを見つけられない施錠された門があることだ。ある日、出発するときに鍵がかかっていて遅れたため、誰かを探して何時間も走り回らなければならなかった。そして最後の夜、夕食を食べに出かけ、午後10時45分頃に戻った。**土砂降り**の土砂降り。雨がひどくて道路が冠水していた。ベルを3回鳴らしたが応答なし。おそらく15回ほど番号に電話したが応答なし。真夜中に鍵がかかってきて、お金を払って部屋に入ったのに荷物がすべて入ることなどできない!! 私たちは喉が痛くなるまで大声で叫ぶことに頼った。門を揺らした。ゲートを激しく揺らして、誰かが来るように音を立てようとしました。誰も来ませんでした。叫び続けました。私は我を失い、留守番電話で何度も悪態をつきましたが、その時点で私は本当に限界に達していました。これは本当に非常識なことでした。凍え、ずぶ濡れになり、夕食のバッグは濡れすぎて破れていました。長い年月が経って、ついに誰かがゲートを開けました...ちょうど私たちが周囲にセキュリティワイヤーが張られたゲートを飛び越える方法を考えているときに。なんて冗談でしょう!!! 二度とここには行きません。少し投資して、ゲストにコードを渡して、ゲートを自分で操作できるようにしてください。バカな!!!"

"Worst experience I had ever had.No tea,coffee,sugar not even cups or glasses.The rooms are stuffy no fan or aircon.Wifi is bad.Not worth the money paid for a Deluxe Room.No soap in the bathroom like other lodges.Ants in the toilet.Cannot smoke in the room if you want to smoke must go out in the yard and smoke.Dont be fooled by pictures on the internet and the outside cause inside the rooms are bad"
