Ich war sehr positiv überrascht. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es war sauber. Es steht sogar ein Wasserkocher (auch sauber, nicht verkalkt) mit Tee und löslichem Kaffee bereit. Super für Allergiker: kein Teppich im Zimmer.
Mein Highlight: das Frühstücksbuffet. Bei meinem Aufenthalt war viel los, trotzdem kam der Service hinterher und hat immer wieder alles aufgefüllt. Es ist wirklich für jeden was dabei, sehr vielfältig, frisch und oberlecker.
Ich würde das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen und immer wieder buchen.

Worst hotel experience I ever had. The room is so hot you can only sleep with the window open (early march) But, oh no, you cannot have the window open because at less than 30meters a double metro track runs past the hotel, and every 25 seconds you feel the world is coming to an end from the noise (unless you have the window closed, which you can't because the room is like a sauna) I asked for a room change, which I thought I'd get, but of course not. I worked myself in a dozen hotels, I know fully well how it works, and all the reasons they gave me were bogus. I thought I booked a room in a quiet part of Berlin, which I did. But I "forgot" to check for metro tracks, silly me. I am extremely exhausted and frustrated from my stay at the Wyndham "Easy". No apologies nothing, not any form of sympathy for the fact I have to go 2 nights without sleep while also on an intense work trip.

The neighborhood of the hotel is a bit bland, but many interesting places are at walking distance.
It is nice that there is a parking garage next to the hotel (you can get a key from the hotel for €20/night).
The breakfast buffet is very nice.

Hotel located close to Potsdamer Platz in the city Centre. U-Bahn few steps away. Hotel very clean and staff friendly and ready to help. Various and tasty Breakfast Buffet. Fully recommended by my family! NEXT time in Berlin in the same hotel!

Auf der einen Hotelseite fährt die U-Bahn 10m vom Fester in kurzen Abständen auf 2 Niveaus entfernt vorbei, sehr laut. 3 Zimmer wurden nicht in der gebuchten Kategorie angeboten. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Reisebüro und langem Hin und Her wurden die gebuchten Zimmer dann endlich frei gegeben. Auschecken bis 12 Uhr, aber die Zimmerschlüssel werden vor diesem Zeitpunkt gesperrt, sodass wir Hilfe für den Lift holen mussten. Das Frühstück ist gut und das Frühstückspersonal sehr nett und hilfsbereit, was wir vom Empfangspersonal leider nicht sagen können. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten comfortable. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist ok. Das Hotel mit den gemachten Infos trotzdem empfehlenswert. Ich würde das Hotel

Wie in guter Vienna House Tradition wird das explizite Abbestellen des Room Services ignoriert, das Zimmer trotzdem betreten und die Privatsphäre des Gastes verletzt. Im Verwandten Vienna House Andels werden sogar die "Do Not disturb"-Schilder am Türknauf bewusst entfernt und auf Nachfrage nicht erneut ausgehändigt. Das kann hier zumindest nicht passieren - es gibt schlicht keine DND-Schilder auf den Zimmern. Nur für Gäste zu empfehlen, welche keinen Wert auf Privatsphäre legen!!
