I had a Superior room for two nights. I went to the reception three times to complain about the dirty towels, which were always delivered to me after the complaint. The last time I showed the pictures I took to the reception of the latest towels that were still dirty, whereupon I was told that unfortunately these are the cleanest towels available in the hotel (dirty fingerprints, hair). So I didn't get clean towels. In addition, the cosmetic products (shampoo, conditioner) were out of date more than a year ago and the hotel did not have any newer ones to offer. The toothpaste was also out of date, but luckily I had my own with me. I sent an email about towels and cosmetic products to the email address provided by the reception, but I haven't received a reply.
