Location is good, but not perfect for conventions. Rooms are compact, no real wardrobe, just shelves. Just one trash in the bathroom. No black-out curtains, facing east side. Be prepared for an early rise. Two different pillows but hard bedding. Advertised are air-conditioned rooms, but a/c wasnt working, complaint at desk didnt help. A/C is turned off globally, as they are still in „winter mode“ - in middle of april with Tempo being in the high twenties. Bar is stacked pretty good, pricing is reasonable for a hotel bar. Absolutely NOT reasonable is breakfast just short of 17€ without warm options. No scrambled eggs, just hard boiled, no sausage links or bacon. Not even a pancaker maker. Cmon you are a brand, every HI has one. It did the job but left a sour taste.

Friendly staff, basic but clean and tidy hotel. £66 per night. Breakfast for £15 is very good with a lot of variety. A good choice if you are on a budget. To reach my 200 characters I will add that the hotel is well positioned next to a busy commercial district. And it has a nice bar. And free sweets on reception

Always find Motel One as a straightforward hotel to stay over in. Comfortable bed and bedding and a great shower. Heating also available in the rooms, essential for January in Berlin!

This was our first time to Berlin. The Motel one has several locations but we think this one was the best. Location was excellent, only two blocks from the metro station Wittenbergplatz. Check n was quick and easy. We were on the 10th floor room 1008, while the room was odd shaped it has good space and an excellent view. There is little space for hanging cloths but it worked for us. Nice size bed and good bathroom. There was also a balcony with excellent views. The bar is open 24 hours, and the restaurant is only open on weekdays with a continental breakfast. All o0f the staff was excellent and helpful. The price was excellent as well.

Standard Motel One, very clean, modern finish ok for a short stay but any longer than a few days the tiny rooms and limited breakfast can get to you. Rooms are clean, bathroom adequate but tiny, no wardrobe, no iron, no fridge, one tiny towel, one small blanket on the bed instead of a duvet. Location is decent, dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance - but be aware that Berlin has this peculiar cash only thing in many restaurants and bars. The bar is very nice, excellent bar staff a huge range of gins but no draught beer - a shame when Germans are very good at beer! For a (very) short business stay, it’s a good choice and the staff were all excellent.

I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, and it was good for staying couple days. It was clean, quiet and the bed was comfortable. Bar is nice, and staff were helpful. I recommend the place if you need to stay closed to Uranie, or Tiergarten.

Bad smell in room - terrible view - no wifi in room. Checked out early and found new hotel

The hotel is located in a perfect location, easily reachable via bus and metro. The room was clean and silent (window on the inner garden). The crew has been kind and available. Recommended for a brief stop in Berlin
