ペッパーズ マナー ハウス(Peppers Manor House)

房間很乾凈，工作人員態度很友好 酒店環境悠美安靜，晚上還有很多小兔子在玩耍。很棒的一次入住。

酒店的自然環境非常優美，非常適合度假。房間乾淨整潔，不過餐廳出品就很一般。早餐的品種單一，且不做任何變化。我連續住了四晚，吃了四天同樣的早餐，很無奈。

中規中矩 早上退房都不見服務員😅

We have stayed at Peppers before and loved it. We had dinner in the restaurant. The main waiter was quite arrogant to my husband as if he didn't know what he was talking about when the actual waiter got the order wrong. We were not game enough to say something as our meal had not been served as yet. Our meal was lovely. However very expensive. We also found the cooked breakfast had been sitting too long. The bacon was dried up and the scrambled eggs were sloppy, All the other breakfast food was very nice.

The surrounding grounds and facilities are very well maintained.And the staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help.

I liked the 24 hour reception, the dining options and the beautifully maintained grounds. What I didn't like was being allocated a room with a glass door which made me feel very unsafe as a solo traveller. The room did have curtains to cover the glass windows and the door but that didn't help with the feeling of uneasiness I had experienced for the two nights that I was a guest and I didn't sleep well as a result of this. I requested my room be made up for me and left a sign on the door for this to happen and it was ignored. Wifi signal is not strong enough to connect to if you are staying in the Hillside cottages and the air conditioner in my room kept turning off throughout each night of my stay. If you are a solo traveller and are interested in staying here and want to feel safe, perhaps spend some more money and book a room within close vicinty to the reception desk.

Mark at the front desk is lovely, check in was quick, efficient and friendly. He gave us a complimentary upgrade which was very much appreciated. The room was in the garden view area, and it was lovely - recently refurbished and looks modern, but still has the classic style with a bath tub and spacious room. I appreciated the shampoo and body wash in large pump bottles in the shower, it would be great if the hand soap and other toiletries were converted from single use to larger bottles to make it more sustainable. Otherwise overall a great stay!

Loved everything about the stay and looking forward to returning. In particular Mark at the desk was super helpful.

Beautiful, peaceful, quiet property Hillside room very good outlook. Had four day stay, daily room cleaning could off been better!
