Hotel staff was very helpful, they help us with the luggage because the street are walking only after 09:00 am. Service at the hotel was very good! Location is perfect next to Taksim square a lot of shops , restaurants and activities. Lady on the reception with glasses is absolutely amazing thank you again!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which I consider to be one of the finest. I am definitely planning to visit again in the near future. I would like to express my gratitude to the receptionist, an Arabian lady, who was both friendly and helpful during my stay. The hotel at the heart of Taksim, this hotel offers the convenience of reaching any destination within the area within a few minutes' walk. Thanks to Ameena and yasin.

When I read the reviews, I decided to book the hotel for a week. I expected a few inconsistencies based on reviews, but my experience was different. I had all I expected. Although I had a non-refundable/no-change room, once I arrived, they changed the rooms to more fulfill my request without any extra fees. I will definitely look for this hotel next time in Istanbul.

I will definitely rate the experience as brilliant and 4.5 stars. First night was bit rough and noisy due to some issue outside. I complaint in the morning and they changed our room within an hour. Quick customer service ever experienced. Yasin and Saleh were very helpful. Will definitely come back with family.

Very nice hotel in the heart of istiklal street. Very clean, reception is helpful. Housekeeping staff are very helpful as well. We felt very safe during our stay. Breakfast has a good variety also. I would definitely stat here again. Thank you!

Its one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in , the staff is so nice & helpful , the rooms are big and clean, the location of the hotel is perfect in taksim and easy to reach , i really recommend it. They exceeded my expectations , i would stay next time in Premist.

We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The staff was really helpful, polite and kind-hearted. The breakfast was tasty. The location was perfect just for those who like doing shopping, visiting all the sightseeings by walking and taking delight in the night-life. Metro and Havabus Stations are near, less than 1km away. Cafes and Restaurants are nearby everywhere. If i visit Istanbul another time, this hotel will be my choice again.
