ホテル マンダキニ ラッシュ(Hotel Mandakini Lush)

The rooms were good, the fooding was great! The in-house restaurant was theme based so the kids really loved dining there. We had booked rooms there for our frnds and family as there was a celebration in town. They really liked the stay.

Booked the hotel through Makemytrip (not good in customer support). 1. extremely bad check-in experience 2. rooms were smelling like sarvajanik toilet 3. staff was not much helpful 4. I am sharing a few photos 5. not good for family stay good for single or couple (few cases) who don't care much about cleaning 6. They will not provide you with toilet paper room locks that are broken and not easy to lock. top of the worst is I booked it with breakfast for a 3-night stay and their staff doesn't even know the basics of booking with breakfast policy and they were asking me to pay the breakfast bill during the checkout (funny). I can put a few staff names but I am not doing it because I will anyways not even think about this incident in the future. I saw all good ratings on trip advisor and I made the decision basis on that, but now I can judge the ratings after my stay there. I will not fool people and putting genuine feedback. the only thing I like about the stay is the food from the restaurant Jo-Hukum else if you are going with your family please please don't book this hotel to stay in. if you are single coming for 1 or few days stay for business or another purpose than this hotel is good for you (even I am ***aging my company's events and ***aging the entire team of travel booking of company staff and I will definitely not think about this kind of hotel for our staff to stay. overall, I will not recommend this hotel for a family stay. Pictures attached of our room toilet, Stairs right in front of a room, and stairs adjacent to our second room which was attached to the kitchen.

Overall, I had a great experience with the(Dng) Housekeeping staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, breakfast good over all perfect place for stay...I really thank u specially for the accommodation ***ager Mr.mohit Singh he is very helpful and make stay very comfortable.

This is the best hotel in Kanpur. With neat rooms, polite staff. They gave bar and restaurant also. Situated in prime location of Kanpur. Restaurant decor on card theme. Very cozy place to enjoy dinner with your family and freinds.
