Accueil parfait avec un personnel très gentil très professionnel Dîner au restaurant repas délicieux bien servi petit déjeuner copieux et très bon en goût chambre très confortable et très propre avec une salle de bain avec baignoire

Chambre très confortable bien agencé calme . Le petit déjeuner très complet. Un personnel très agréable souriant et sympathique.

시설은 다소 낡은 듯 하지만 관리 양호하고. 깨끗함 오후10시10분 공항에 도착하여 짐 찾고 도보로 이동하니 리셉션 운영시간 종료가 넘은 시간인데도 맞아줌.

Personnel extrêmement serviable et accueillant

Punto forte : è nella strada accanto all'aeroporto. Se dovete prendere un aereo ad una ora impossibile, comunque potete andare a piedi fino all'aeroporto senza farvi scannare da un taxi costoso. Punto debole : se avete bagagli pesanti , questo edificio NON HA ASCENSORE . Se vi danno la vostra camera al primo piano, dovete trasportare a mano le vostre valigie per le scale: attenzione che il personale non offre aiuto a portarvi la valigia però potete provare a chiedere e guardare la loro espressione facciale quando vi rispondono . Se non prendete l'aereo dal minuscolo aeroporto di Biarritz francamente non ha senso pernottare qui.

The only reason I stayed was because I had a 6:45am flight to catch and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to Biarritz airport. It is a motel next to the highway and their electronics door keys did not work for me and another customer who checked in. Minimal amenities and a bit noisy as next to the highway. Room is small and bed not too comfortable. Asked for 5am morning call they said ok but ended up no one called. The only thing I like was the dinner at their restaurant which was surprisingly good and the reception gentleman was very friendly with good English. The lady reception in morning only speaks French and not friendly.
