Beautiful small boutique hotel , in the center and walking distance to the beach . Very charming and romantic. Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms, clean and comfortable.i loved it and can’t wait to,be back.tres tres Jolie , tres comfortable et amical avec bcp de caractère

Really nice hotel in a great location. There are no lifts so be aware that you may need to climb a couple of floors. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were big and comfortable. Would stay again.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location, convenient for the beaches, shops and restaurants. Stylishly furnished, the hotel has a lovely lounge area to enjoy and our room was very nice too. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming. We loved our stay and will be returning for sure!

The hotel is very well located in Biarritz, a little away from the busiest areas but still close and within walking distance of the main attractions of Biarritz and several services. There is no parking on site, but you can go to an Indigo parking lot nearby (~5 mins walk). We had a family room with a bunk bed for the kids. The room is of adequate size and has a large bathroom. The staff we interacted with were very friendly and although we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, the decor in this downstairs room was very nice. An utterly charming boutique hotel that offered good value for money. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again if I come back to Biarritz.

An old mansion converted to a boutique hotel that gives all his charms and a place very well managed. Staffs is welcoming, helpful and caring. The hotel is centrally located in the heart of the city. You can clearly enjoy the city and beach all by walk. Our stay was pleasant. Bedrooms were fine, furniture could have been better in our room but beds were comfortable. Bathroom are well furnished with quality material and spacious. Cleanliness is spotless. The breakfast is highly recommended with a buffet offering a wide range of foods. A highly enjoyable hotel in family.

Had a fantastic stay here, if you like small, well run hotels in buildings with character and wonderful staff you will love this hotel. The rooms are very nice, with a Nespresso, afternoon coffee is served in the lovely communal area of a drawing/sitting room, dining room, conservatory and small balcony… The staff were great and made the stay even more pleasant. Its also very close the the shops, centre and great cafes and restuarants.
