the room had just about all the amenities of home including a two burner stove top

When I got there they didn’t have power due to an electrical storm so they couldn’t even get me in the electric sliding doors and I had to find a different hotel. It wasn’t their fault, but I will be requesting my money back.

Nice hotel, staff friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and spacious for my family of 5. We had the two bedroom suite.

This was a great room. Everything you could need, especially if you’re staying for more than a day. Staff was great. Great breakfast.

Front desk check in was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our brief overnight stay.

Rooms are quiet and well insulated, don’t hear other doors slamming or people up and down the halls at night.

Traveling through Texas we needed to stop for a night so I made a quick reservation at the Towneplace Suites in Big Springs Texas. I am a Bonvoy Titanium member so when we checked in I asked if there were any upgrades available. Caleb at the front desk looked and sincerely apologized for the lack of any upgrade since they were full that night. After I thanked him for looking I said "it never hurts to ask :-). We went to our room and settled in. When we left to go to dinner there was a bag hanging on the door with snacks and a hand written note from Caleb thanking me for staying with them and again apologizing for no upgrades being available. He put in the note "I know this is not much, but I hope it brightens your day" IT DID! Kindness is rare and when dealing with the public can be even more elusive, but Caleb went out of his way and it brought a smile to my face. Thank you Caleb!!!! Oh, and they have an awesome bare onsite!

Very clean, nice bar, secure parking. Would stay there again. Although we were only there for a quick overnight, this was a very nice hotel. Friendly staff - newer hotel that was very clean and in a good convenient area, Starbucks next door if you like it.
