1. 該酒店與預訂訊息不一致，同一地址酒店名稱不同。 2. 酒店前台盜取信用卡訊息，私自留下信用卡訊息，包括安全碼！！避雷！我已經掛失信用卡 3. 前台全程態度惡劣，令人作嘔 體驗：跟着導航找不到店，進去問，前台説不知道平台這家酒店。後面讓他再三確認，發現有預訂訊息。訂了單人房，床是0.8*1.8米，根本住不了兩人。朋友幫我拿行李，明確説明朋友不會留住，仍不讓上樓。在樓下大堂等候便開始轟人，説朋友在就要多收房費，説要報警恐嚇。和她爭辯，結果直接盜刷我的信用卡！！！

The hotel is just a 15 min walk from town center, the rooms are good in terms of space and have the essential for a 1 night stay as we did. The parking is not onsite and you have to walk a bit to get there but manageable. Don't expect luxury but staff is nice and helpful.

I am very happy by the room condition, staff behaviour and hygiene of the room.

Great stay. Airconditioning was very noisy so I turned it off. Other than that: good stay.

The only thing that kept me from posting 5stars in all the review was that the street signs around the property are not too visible, a couple of mosquitoes were in the room, and a couple of the throw pillows should be discontinued. Other than that, it was very good. Clean, close to a lot of things, nice amenities, and staff was very agreeable.

I had injured my foot and the lady at the desk helped me when i ordered food. She was so kind as to bring it up to my room when it arrived.

After reserving a room, we arrived with two bicycles. The only comment, we got from the woman at the reception was 'not posible'. We asked, if we could take the bicycles up to the room, and the only reply was 'not possible'. After asking for a reason, we again got a 'not possible' without any further explanations. When we asked her to contact her supervisor, she refused. To summarize, she showed absolutely no willingness to find a solution. We would have accepted a 'not possible', if a reason would have been given. But essentially been thrown out without any explanation, that's from our point of view a no-go.

Details of a three-night stay at this hotel that can help other travelers. 1. After confirming the reservation, they inform you that they do not have an elevator. 2. During all the mornings they did not have hot water in the bathroom. 3. The last night the air conditioning stopped working.
