とてもフレンドリーなスタッフがいて、最初から食事や訪問に行く場所を教えてくれました。私たちはメタリカのコンサートに行き、歩いて3分もかからずに到着しました。

私も以前ミラノに行った際にこのブランドのホテルに宿泊しましたが、サービスは良かったです。旧市街までは徒歩約 15 ～ 20 分です。市内中心部行きのバスが階下にあり、とても便利です。約 2 ～ 3 駅の距離です。ホテルの近くにはレストランや小さなバーもあります。
🔔サービス: フロントの対応がとても丁寧で、赤ちゃんにお風呂に必要な子供用品一式をくれたり、クマもプレゼントしてくれました。
🧹衛生面：部屋は広くて清潔、30平米以上の部屋を予約しました。
🚗 交通手段: 階下のバス、ホテルはビルバオの幹線道路沿いにあり、街は大きくないので、数歩先に地下鉄があります。
