Nice place

God value for the money paid.

We’ve stayed here in the past but it is now very run-down. Carpet in the hall is worn out and in our room, was stained. Chair had stains and the night stands were chipped. Would not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, clean, plenty of parking. Rooms are dated but overall was a great deal for the price.

Under construction remodeling so a little noisy, but overall quiet at night. good parking close to enterances. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

The clerk that checked me in on 1/8 was friendly and courteous. The hotel is clean and was quiet during previous stays as I stay here every week. The roads to get here were bad where I checked in at almost 2300. I don’t know what is being remodeled or repaired but having the construction crew starting at around 0800 makes it difficult for someone getting in late to get decent rest. I shared my concerns with the clerk who checked me out on 1/9 that it is frustrating to pay for a room until 11am but can’t sleep past 0800 because of the construction isn’t really fair. I also suffer from PTSD hearing that kind of banging around on the walls, ceiling really aggravates my condition. The clerk was unsympathetic to my concerns and didn’t care. A construction company works for the business not the other way around, if their work is disruptive to guests trying to get decent rest, those concerns should be taken into consideration. I have had a good experience staying here until this point. I go to Billings every week and may be looking at other options for a hotel.

For the price, really good. Great soft squishy pillows that I loved.some minor maintenance needed - the smell needs freshening. Door latch broken on my door. Decent treadmill, elliptical and bike. Super decent for the price breakfast included too. Got my workout in. And Kimmie at front desk was wonderful. She absolutely deserves a raise and promotion. Thank you. Joanna Intara

Check out at 11am was fine, but housekeeping started banging on my door around 9:00, then 10:00. Then a phone call from the front desk at 10:56.

Room smelted weird. Neighbor room was freaking out and cussing and throwing things all morning. Staff was on it, but it was ober an hour if craziness, we left earlier than planned because of it.
