All employees were very professional, kind, courteous, and respectful. Room was overall clean and neat. potentially no other people in other rooms. but everything was pretty quiet for my entire stay.

It depends on what you are looking for. If you want a clean room with a kitchenette with pans and silverware and a full sized fridge this is a good place. They don't clean the room during the stay but that was ok with me cuz all my stuff was undisturbed. Basic but i liked it a lot and there was no smoke smell in my room at all.

The Receptionist Amber was very pleasant, she even found us a luggage cart to use for checking in. The room was large , a little dated, but the beds were comfortable. The toaster unfortunately only worked when you held the lever down, no big deal. We would again.

Very convenient, super clean, rooms a delight with a great little kitchen equipped with the basics. The double queen room is larger than normal with a roomy bathroom. Nice sitting chairs and a large kitchen table and chairs. A thermostat that really works and a heating/AC unit that was on the quiet side. This was my second stay and the quality was as high as the first time. The rooms are extra quiet with thick sound proofing doors.

I was traveling solo through Montana and needed a place to lay my head for a bit. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this hotel was for the money. Joel at the front desk was very friendly and informative. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great motel. Quiet and good location. Only con would be the bed comfort. Defiantly would stay again.

We love this hotel when visiting Billings. The property is immaculate, the staff is incredible and the beds are the softest I’ve ever slept in. It’s such an underrated gem of a hotel. Extremely happy with the price vs product value of The Ledgestone.

I messed up. We were in town to stay for the night proceeding surgery for my 6 year old. I, normally overly organized, booked the night before instead instead of the night I needed. Staff was so kind and accommodating. They helped me get a medical rate, were super understanding and made sure we were taken care of.

Clean, Comfortable, and incredibly convenient! We Loved it and the Customer Service was excellent
