As we entered in room, we were welcomed by stinking rooms. Toilet smell filled room. They offered room freshener spray . We requested room change but other room air were also not fresh. Lobby area were full with smell. Not pleasant stay. Not recommend.

Very good attention good food all staff very attentive.very good enviroiment The a**osphere is very good, the pool was comfortable.The a**osphere of the hotel was very pleasant along with all the staff, attention to the bedroom among other things.

Location is in the heart of the city. Clean and hygienic. Does give value for money. Roof top bar in good weather is heavenly with a breathtaking view . Though hotel parking is limited ample municipal parking is available right across. Sound insulation from parties is good. Food is decent staff very friendly and supportive.

In the heard of Birgunj, Wonderful service and great hospitality. Impressed with the smiling gesture of the support officers. Breakfast was excellent. I strongly recommend to stay in this hotel whenever you are in Birgunj. Price wise too it is affordable and will be within budget.
